"Just like to make sure." Jace tugged his jeans off before moving to hook his fingers in her underwear.

Jace pulled her underwear off and moved to kiss her as he slipped his hand past her waist gently.

Jace moved to rest his hands on her hips, pressing his forehead to her shoulder with a quiet sigh. "I guess that's a no then."

"I've seen too many things mess up," Jace's voice was soft. "I don't want this to be another mistake I've made, another life I've messed up."

"I wont regret this, not one little bit." Raine whispered, running her fingertips down his cheekbone and resting them on his jaw. "I love you."

Jace tilted his face towards her hand gently before moving to quickly kiss her, one hand cupping the back of her neck, mumbling, "You okay with me on top?"

Jace moved to cradle her face as he kissed her before it faded to black.

Afterwards Raine was laying with her head on Jaces chest, dozing in and out of sleep, she'd already been up once to put Jaces tshirt on to warm herself up before climbing back into bed and dozing off again.

Jace was awake and had been shortly after she'd returned with his shirt on. He had his arm curled around her, hand resting on her shoulder as he gently ran his thumb up and down the side of her neck.

Raine shuffles around slightly in her sleep before blinking her eyes open with a small yawn.
