Vanessa just nodded at that, "Nice of you to tell me." she muttered before saying a quiet goodbye to Jason and leaving.

"A bit." He laughed.

(( He was only harsh about it because he knew she'd want to stay with Elijah, and he was upset. He just needs a hug really, bless him ))

"You never gave me a chance really did you," Leon called after her with a deep sigh. Patting the spot beside him for Jason.

"I think you just show off, you know, it's not like you need to work out to keep your strength up or anything like that." Falin mused lightly as she watched him.

Kaida was sat in her home, a small frown on her face as she looked out of the window and watched Charlotte and Elijah.

Vanessa just walked to her parents house in silence, going up to the guest room and staying there all night.

After a while, Charlotte got up and left and Elijah went inside.o

"It passes the time."

"Look like a serious conversation," Kaida mused gently, "What was that about?"

About a year later, Henrik was sat backstage at the second to last gig of his last tour with a deep frown on his face. Whispering quietly to Dakota, "I want to end my career with a bang, y'know, don't want to just say that I 'retire' because that's lame and definitely not something I'd do. Be too suspicious. I'm thinking I should fake my own death, what'd you think?"

Leon was heading to the park to meet Vanessa with Karina and L.J. Having dropped Jason off with Kali for the day so he could spend time with his other children.

"I can't tell you what it is, but remember a few months ago when we were talking about where to go on a holiday? Well its to do with that."

He pulled her closer.

"And how would you do that, mm?" Dakota asked quietly, as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

When he got there, Karina and L.J ran towards him, hugging his legs tightly.

Vanessa watched for a few seconds, before following them over and handing Leon a brown envelope. "Divorce papers," she told him, "I've signed my half, you just need to sign yours. It's about time we got it over and done with."

Kaida frowned and shook her head, "Come on, tell me where you're thinking."

"Stop being gross!" Isabella grimaced with a giggle, having come home from school early.

"On the last show, I think... Backstage... or on the stage... If someone shots me, or my neck gets broken then a few hours later when I regain conciousness I can make my way back home. It'd give the press a field day too, so I'm being helpful to them too. I don't know though, what do you think?" Henrik asked quietly.

Leon crouched down and hugged Karina and L.J back tightly, muttering to Vanessa, "Not in front of the kids."

"I think it'd create a lot more problems than it'd solve." Dakota admitted quietly. "We could invent another reason as to why you're retiring." she suggested. "You could say you're going into writing, churn out a biography in like a years time and then leave it at that."

"We don't see each other otherwise," Vanessa pointed out. "They knew it was likely we'd be divorcing anyway."

"I can't its a surprise."

Damon pulled away and he looked at Isabelle. "What are you doing home?"

"No," He shook his head, "That's boring, that's so boring." he mumbled. "What kind of problems would it cause? I can compel anyone that sees me on the way home, compel people to think that the coffin has me in it if it's questioned."

"Only because of you being stupid and over-reacting majorly. Making out like I'm the worse person in the world whilst you go when I've done nothing and get friendly with Nate again whom might I add never even liked you - whom destroyed you emotionally." Leon replied with a sharp hiss.

Isabella just gave a innocent shrug at that, tilting her head to the side with a small pout on her face as she always did when she was trying to get out of trouble.

Falin just let out a deep sigh.

Kaida rolled her eyes.

"Who I 'get friendly' with is none of your business anymore. It's not affecting Kari and Jay, so it doesn't concern you if me and Nate are seeing each other, he's grown up, it's time you do too." Vanessa retorted.

"You could say you're taking time away to start a family," Dakota suggested lightly.

"It's time I grow up? You're the one shoving divorce papers in my face in front of the children constantly. You're the one who used Kali coming back alive as an excuse to break up with me when it obviously wasn't because nothing has even happened between me and Kali - if you were unhappy why didn't you say before, hm? It would of given me a chance to fix it, and if not it would of been cleaner. Instead no, you had to kick up a storm about it and drag everyone into it."

Henrik shook his head, "That'll cause a storm for months, years with the papers. If they think I'm dead it'll give 'em what they want papers wise but it wont drag on. It'll calm down and wont be mentioned again."

"It will drag on Henrik," Dakota sighed, getting up and pacing a little. "But do what you want, your career," she mumbled as he was called on stage.

"You say nothing happened like all she did was turn up, say 'here's Jason, get to know him?' and then left. No." Vanessa shook her head, "She came, tried to replace me, insulted me in front of you and you didn't even defend me. I walked in on you two kissing, heard you be affectionate before that. Then you tell me that you thought about being with her instead of me when presented with the opportunity."

"When she goes to bed you're all mine." He told Falin. "Isabelle what did you do?"

He kissed her forehead then her lips.

"Would you of preferred that I'd lie to you? I love you too much to lie to you and I've explained this over a hundred times it was only for the first few moments when she first came back which you can't particularly blame me for. It's been a year and me and Kali aren't together isn't that enough proof for you that I love you and not her? Don't bring Jason into this, either, he's my son. If Kali had just walked in and dumped him on me - which she may as well of done - then I would of looked after him. You're being totally unreasonable and it's frustrating but fine, if you really want to get divorced fine but I'm not signing anything in front of the kids."

Henrik just sighed deeply, getting to his feet and heading out onto stage.
