"We are, perfect." Hope nodded, "I guess I should thank you for not letting me walk away so daily or we wouldn't be here right now with our little girl."

Lucas flinched and looked over, picking up the picture. "It's one of all of us, last Christmas." He whispered as he picked it up and inspected it. "Just before Sarai took a turn for the worst."

Tatia gave her a small smile. "Why don't we go to my room? Try lipstick on the mirror to write a message?"

"There's an abandoned police station downtown, I haul myself up in one of the cells."

"We won't force you to come with us Karina if you dont want to."

"Yeah, I just went in a told him." Mia confirmed with a small nod.

---

"What if I spell things wrong and it looks silly?" Sarai asked with a deep frown but headed into her mother and fathers room anyway.

Klaus looked at it and frowned deeply, lifting his gaze to look at Kira to see if she had any ideas as to how the photo fell.

"Mm, it's fine." Zacarias replied with a shake of his head.

Leon watched quietly.

Astrid just nodded a bit in response to that, "It'd be dangerous if you ever got out there, if it's downtown. Lots of shops around, nightclubs.." she frowned.

"Let me think about it." Karina sighed.

"Don't mention anything to your siblings until we have a family meeting about it." Vanessa said gently. "I'm sure Holly would love to move back to Paris, finish off her degree that she started. It's just a question of whether or not Jeremy would leave Elena to be with Holly in France. And then I'll have to discuss it with Nate..."

Kira just shrugged. "Wind?" She whispered. "Maybe I knocked it with my foot."

"Ill help you spell." Tatia assured as she followed.

Hope took his hand. "Why don't we see if we can get some sleep? We haven't had much over the past few days, or at all in the past few months really. Tania seems settled and we can take her up with us."

Astrid just nodded a bit in response to that, "It'd be dangerous if you ever got out there, if it's downtown. Lots of shops around, nightclubs.." she frowned.

"Mm, nothing is set in stone yet." Leon added quietly.

Zacarias nodded in response to that, "Yeah,"

"I haven't got out yet Astrid, not once."

Karina sighed and nodded; getting up and heading out.

Hope smiled and got up off of the couch, picking Tania up gently before heading upstairs with her.

She nodded then. "We can go now then."

"If you ever do though, it's in a populated area." Astrid whispered, "In the next few days I'll help you find somewhere just as safe but more on the outskirts so if you ever do get out it'd be a bit safer for you..."

Leon watched her go with a small frown before looking to Vanessa.

Zacarias got to his feet and followed her up the stairs silently.

"It wouldn't be wind, the windows are closed." Klaus replied with a deep frown, shaking his head.

"What should I write?" Sarai asked quietly when she finally managed to focus enough to pick up the lipstick, walking over to the mirror.

Mia nodded, whispering, "One moment," before getting to her feet and heading into the house, "Cal?"

"Nate's going to raise hell over me taking Nikolai. Holly he can't stop, she's an adult. But Nikki..."

"I probably just knocked it." Kira shrugged then.

"Anything you want sweetheart."

Adam nodded.

---

Hope settled Tania down in the Moses basket in their bedroom, sitting on the edge of the bed and watching her.

She nodded waiting out in the yard.

"Hmm?" he hummed walking towards her from the kitchen.

Mia slid her arms around his neck, closed her eyes and just pressed her lips to his gently.

(( Should we start a new day with just Adam and Astrid then, Phoenix? To do the mini drama we thought of? Maybe she finds out the next morning because it's on the news or something? ))

Leon just nodded subtly, "Hopefully he'll be a bit sympathetic and won't kick up too much of a fuss."

Sarai just wrinkled her nose before writing on the mirror simply: We're ok. Be happy. <3 you all. Remember to Luc. before the lipstick fell through her hand as she lost the energy to keep the focus on holding it.

Zacarias sat beside her, watching Tania.

"I think it's going to be years before it all sets in that she's ours." Hope hummed.

Tatia smiled and pulled Sarai into a hug. "Well done honey."

Kira lifted her head at heading the lipstick drop with a thud in the next room, getting up and walking in, shouting her father instantly.

"This is Nate we're talking about. He hates me."

Caleb slid his arms around her gently pulling her close to return the kiss without hesitation.

"Just want them to smile..." Sarai whispered quietly in response to that.

Klaus let out a small sigh and got to his feet, ruffling Lucas' hair before leaving the room and walking into his own, "What is it Ki-" he began, though cut off when he saw the mirror, eyes widening. "Hey Luc, come in here." He called quietly.

Leon just let out a small sigh, "We'll see what happens, hm?"

Zacarias just nodded in response to that.

The next morning, Astrid sleepily wandered down the stairs. Heading into the livingroom and sitting herself down on the sofa. Grabbing the TV box and flicking the TV on, turning it onto the local news station.

She let out a sigh of relief when he kissed her back, taking a step forward and deepening it.

He kept the kiss a few moment before pulling back to whisper "Come home soon, yeah?"

"Slow Cal, it needs to be slow..." Mia whispered softly before moving away hesitantly and leaving the house.

"I said soon... Not today..." He mumbled sighing as she left him standing there.

"Ready to head home, Evelynn?" Mia asked her softly.

Evelynn nodded. "Yes."

"I'm sure they will honey." Tatia nodded, moving to sit on the bed to watch.

Lucas padded into the room, freezing when he saw the writing.

Reports of wolves fighting within the downtown area of the city are being investigated this morning. The news reader started. Yes you heard me correctly, wolves. Apparently a lone one was seen wandering the local park, when a pack came out of the bushes and attacked it, leaving it for dead before slinking back off to wherever they came from according to bystanders. None of these wolves have been caught or traced yet, though witnesses are baffled by the lack of a body, as they were certain the lone wolf was dead. the report then cut to several witnesses describing seeing a large black wolf, clearly older and flecked with grey, being attacked by a pack of younger wolves. The report then cut back to the newsreader. At the reported site animal blood and fur has indeed been found, and a lot of it, though it is still unconfirmed that it belonged to a wolf. As officials search for this pack of wolves, the residents are starting to wonder if this town is safe at all.

"Looks like some poor bastard got more out of the full moon last night than he planned." Kol commented as he sat beside Astrid and passed her a bacon sandwich.

"Mm." Vanessa hummed.

"I hope I don't upset you by asking you this Zac... But your grandmother, was she dead when you disappeared? You said your family never looked for you and she seems like she was too nice to let that happen."

Astrid stared at the screen, listening intently and paling. After a moment of just sitting there, she shook her head in the negative when he tried to pass her the sandwich, getting to her feet and mumbling, "I'm going to go look for my dad.... make sure he's okay. I'll phone you when I find him.." she added, hesitating before grabbing a blanket and heading out of the house without a word.

Zacarias frowned deeply and shook his head, "It's ironic really, she went missing too.. I looked everywhere, couldn't find her."

Klaus just stared at the writing without a word.

---

"Okay," Mia whispered, offering her a hand.

"We'll find out what happened to her. I promise you."

---

Kol frowned when she passed on the sandwich, heading out after her. "Asa what's going on?!"

---

"Did you write this?!" Lucas hissed at Kira.

"No Luc, of course I didn't!"

"Old wolf, full moon... downtown area, daddy told me yesterday he looks himself up in the old police cells downtown when he shifts. I just have a bad feeling, okay?" Astrid mumbled quietly before getting in her car and driving off towards where the report said the scene of attack was.

"No, we were all in your room Luc..." Klaus whispered with a small frown.

---

"She'd probably be dead by now, Hope." Zacarias shrugged, "It doesn't really matter..."

She took her hand following her.

"It does matter, she means a lot to you and we need to find out how she met her end."

"Sarai?! You in here princess?!"

"Mum?" Kira whispered.

Tatia just frowned, leaning over to try and knock a picture from the side, though it wasn't working.

"Phone Holly. Phone her now." Lucas snapped at his father. "Her boytoy can see the dead."

Kol frowned and watched her go.

"Like this, mama," Sarai whispered, wrinkling her nose in concentration and knocking down the photo that her mother had tried to knock down.

"Don't snap at me Lucas," Klaus frowned, though pulling his phone from his pocket and phoned Holly.

Zacarias just nodded subtly, "Don't burden yourself with it... okay?"

---

Astrid just drove silently, pulling over when they got there. Grabbing the blanket and getting out, wandering down the alleyways and things as she searched for him.

Mia unlocked the car for her to get in, making sure she was in before getting in herself.
