Astrid wandered down the stairs after seeing to Maisie, frowning deeply when she saw Dexter and sliding her arms around him in a hug. "Hey…"

"Mm," Falin hummed drunkenly, "That would be lovely, company is lovely."

"You didn't trust me." Kira whispered, voice breaking. "after it all... That's what hurts so so much. I'm carrying your baby. I've carried and delivered another three. Kol nodded and offered his arm.

"So did this possibility that it could be you! So did when you said how I proposed wasn't good enough for you! You've hurt me in the past too, Kira, you have and I haven't kicked up a fuss over it!"
