I can hardly ever speak to my sister any more because of the tension between the two of them so I got carried away in catching up. You should of phoned me straight away! I'm her husband for god sake. "You said the gods wanted me to get back in touch with Ivar, get close to him. I'm trying to help him. He needs even just a phone call with them, Thadin; he's really low because he thinks he's lost them!"

"How do you know it isn't where she's suppose to be? What if we were made to be together? Just because things didn't happen in the way you wanted them to doesn't mean it's any less real or true... You met Karl whilst your father and his mother were married; technically you met him as your step brother and you are criticising the circumstances me and your daughter got together? If you can't be happy for us; then don't say anything at all. I'm a part of the family, whether you like it or not."
