Us and Them

"Be careful. Please," She whispered kissing him back.

"I will." He told her.

She settled back into the bed watching him.

He watched her.

Within moments she was all snuggled down in the bed again.

When she was settle she pulled the blanket over her giving her a final kiss to her forehead before he left.

Jaylin smiled softly watching him go.

He came back after a few minutes and he was covered in blood so he went straight into their bathroom to wash up.

She hadn't gone to sleep she was actually awaiting his return.

When he was in the bathroom he left the door slightly open and filled the sink with water before he pulled off his blood soaked shirt and threw it into the bin before he grabbed a cloth and he started to clean his chest of blood.

She slipped from the bed and wandered to the bathroom. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine." He told her.

"Not your blood?"

"Nope."

She let out a breath. "Thank gosh."

He smiled slightly going back to cleaning.

She watched him silently.

He looked over st her.

She smiled softly at him.

He smiled back.

Jaylin went back to lay on their bed.

He lay beside her.

She curled up against his side.

He held her close.

"Are they gone?"
