He took her hand as they appearrd at tge school.

She smiled at him entering with him, keeping hold of his hand. "Her office is still in the same place yes?" She asked even as she began walking that way.

"She's still headmistress if that's what you mean." He told her playfully and he walked with her to the statue that guarded the stairs to the headmaster's study and when they were waiting on it he looked at it. "Animagus." At his voice it started to move, bringing them up to the door of McGonagall's office and Draco knocked on the door.

Meanwhile, Aria had sent a letter to Ron telling him to come over as she was making tea for Narcissa and she was waiting for the food to cook.

Ron got himself ready the moment he was able to when he received the owl.

Hermione gave him a playful shove walking with him.

Not long after the knock, Professor McGonagall shouted for them to come in and Draco pushed the door open, finding McGonagall sat at the desk ahead of them and she was reading some parchment. When they entered, she looked at them over her spectacles.

"Ah Mr Malfoy, Mrs Malfoy, what can I do for you?" She asked.

Aria put Narcissa's food on the table for her and she waited for Ron.

"Hello Headmistress. I know this may appear a bit strange but I've come to ask about any positions you have open still."

Ron arrived a few minutes later knocking at the door

"Well, we still have the Muggle Studies position, the Defence Against the Dark Arts position, the Transfiguration position and the Herbology position." She told her. "Why do you ask Mrs Malfoy?"

Aria went to answer it and she smiled at him. "Hey."

"I've been considering working, there's no place better then here."

"Hey," he smiled seeing her.

She opened the door more to let him in if he wanted to. "I'm on babysittign of the niece and nephew duty."

Professor McGonagall smiled slightly as she nodded. "Well the school will be happy to have you, is there anything that you particularly want to specialise in? Like your sister-in-law specialising in Divination and your husband taking position of the second Potions teacher?"

Draco tensed slightly, as he hadn't gotten round to telling Hermione that he now had two jobs.

Hermione smiled appearing thoughtful but she stopped and looked at Draco. "He did what now?"

"Ah, where's the lion and snake?"

"At the school I think?"

"I was only offered it this afternoon." He told her. "I didn't get much change to tell you when I got home."

She smiled. "And you've accepted?"

He nodded. "Ah of course"

He nodded.

She nodded, closing the door and she led him into the lounge.

Hermione wrapped her arms around him. "I'm proud of you." She looked back towards Minerva. "Probably the subject I'm best at."

"Which is?" She asked. "Mrs Malfoy you passed each subject with flying colours."

"Transfiguration professor. I had a wonderful professor during my days here."

Professor McGonagall smiled. "Well then, I would happily accept you as the Transfiguration professor." She looked at Draco then. "But Mr Malfoy I do not wish to hear about you coming into her lessons for no reason other than to stare and prove your possessiveness over your wife. Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes Professor."

Hermione smiled warmly. "Thank you professor I will do my best to make you proud." She ended up laughing and nodding her head. "I can see him doing this."

"As can I Mrs Malfoy." She smiled. "Now if I were you, I would go home and get some rest it's late, I will send the documents that you need to fill in tomorrow morning, please have them back at the school for a week on Tuesday."

"Of course professor." She agreed taking Draco by the hand.

Draco held her hand as he led her back out of the office and out of the castle.

She happily went along with him.

When they were alone he looked at her. "I'm sorry for not telling you, or discussing it with you, I just thought that considering that it's not much different from my current job, you wouldn't mind that I took it. I mean the security job is more money, but I'll be doing both so we will get double the pay and then we will be able to send Narcissa to the school that you were looking at the other day."

She laid her hands on his cheeks. "Draco I'm proud of you. I would've been surprised had you turned it down."

He smiled slightly.
