Immortal Mansion

He shrugged. "I'm twenty two and I have a kid, to them that's a big deal."

[I have no clue how old any of them are anymore! LOL Brooke was just a little younger than him??]

"That's silly. I'm sorry but I don't agree with any of that."

((Peter and Dean are in the same year, so they are 22; Brooke I think was three years younger))

"Neither do I, but what's done is done."

(That sounds about right LOL)

She nodded in understanding and agreement. "Do you think they would come around a little if they were to see, Deanna?"

"Maybe."

She nodded.

"We could think about it, but when Deanna is older."

She nodded. "I've done enough harm to people... I won't be putting anyone else at risk."

He nodded. "So have I."

"I'm willing to put it all behind us... I just hope the others can all do the same."

Dean nodded and he soon parked outside of the mansion.

Once the car came to a stop, Brooke got out and opened the back down of the car to take Deanna from her car seat.

Dean got out with her.

"Deanna still sleeps in my room... but I should be getting her used to being in her nursery... and well my room holds a lot of memories..." she was basically talking out loud trying to work through the jumble of thoughts in her head.

Dean nodded, carrying the bags.

"I know on one of the not so used halls there's three rooms... we can have her room in between ours..."

He nodded. "Good idea."

She smiled softly leading him inside to the rooms she was speaking about.

He followed happily.

Down one of the the hallways all the way at the end were three rooms. "You can choose either the one on the left or the one on the right so that Deanna can have her room in the middle."

"I'll go right." He told her.

She nodded. "Alright. You can move your things in there and I'll take the room on the left"

He nodded. "Alright."

Brooke smiled just a little bit. "I should take care of Deanna and let you settle into your room... I can show you around in a little bit?"

"Sounds good."
