He slid his hand into hers with a soft smile.

"Lets go.."

He nodded and left with her.

Lily headed out

He went with her.

"They're doing well again," Daniel observed quietly, watching out of the window at Koby and Lilly. "That's good, mm? Really good."

Alexis stood next to him and she smiled. "Very." She agreed.

"Didn't think anyone would get a genuine laugh out of him again," Daniel hummed.

"Not did I, thousands of years we have walked the earth, not once have I seen him as happy as he is with your sister."

"Mm," Daniel hummed thoughtfully. "No one at all? What about you.. Has anyone rivalled my wit and charm?"

"Don't move." Lilly whispered, furrowing her eyebrows and focusing on a spot on Koby's forehead. "Not a muscle."

Koby stayed as still as possible.

She smiled. "Well... Maybe one or two." She told him playfully.

"Must of just been reincarnations of me then," Daniel chuckled.

Lilly leant forward, curling her finger and pressing it to his forehead gently, moving it away a moment later and showing him the ladybird that now crawled across her hand. "You made a friend."

Koby laughed. "Or maybe it was trying to eat me." He told her playfully.

Alexis smiled. "Hmm, must have been."

"Maybe they're soulmates," Daniel whispered, nodding his head toward their siblings. "Maybe.. Maybe we are too."

"The junk you eat I doubt you would taste very nice."

Alexis nodded. "I think you might be right."

He rolled his eyes. "You didn't call it junk. When you were eating it." He reminded her through laughter.

"And if that's true.. Why aren't we married yet, hm? Lets stop playing this dance, lets just.. Go for it."

Lilly just laughed quietly, putting the insect down before leaning forward to press her forehead to his. "Take me out on your bike?"

"You've never asked." She told him.

He looked up at HER. "Let's go then."

"I have tried to.. Too many times to count we just, we kept on getting interuppted." Daniel whispered, leaving the room and heading up the stairs. Coming back a few minutes later and passing her a small wooden box with a ring inside. "I obviously can't make a big flashy moment of it like I wanted to, so, no getaway or big speech to go along with it. Marry me?"

Lilly smiled brightly, jumping to her feet and heading towards his bike.

Alexis smiled. "You don't need to be big or flashy." She reminded him. "Of course I will."

He got up and followed her.

"It's just.. It's underwhelming to all I had planned. I'm sorry. You deserve more than what this question has turned into. You deserve flashy."

Lilly got herself on.

Alexis gently kissed him. "Behave, whatever you give me is what I love, it doesn't need to be flashy."

Koby got on with her.

"Lets go really fast," She hummed, sliding her arms around him.

"Mm," Daniel hummed unhappily.

She looked at him. "Smile for me, we are meant to be celebrating."

He did as she asked.

"Sorry, sorry." Daniel whispered, pulling her closer and pressing a deep kiss to her lips.

Lilly squeled happily.

She kissed him back deeply with as much passion as she could.
