Delaney got out of the car. "Is she alright? Wait in the car with her if you want? I'll be right back..."

Persephone nodded, heading back to the car quietly.

Apollo would of been in the kitchen, washing up.

Delaney walked into the house heading straight upstairs to check on Ripley.

"Laney, in here. Now." Apollo called when he heard the door go.

"I'm checking on our daughter," she replied heading up the stairs calling out to Ripley who peeked out form behind her bedroom door when she heard her mother.

"Our daughter is fine," Apollo sneered. "Why wouldn't she be?"

Delaney smiled when she saw Ripley and opened her arms to her scooping her up into a hug.

Apollo left the kitchen and wandered up the stairs to them, sneering at Delaney. "Are you going to continue to ignore me and force me to have this conversation with you in front of our daughter or are you going to be mature enough to come into the kitchen?"

"You're conversation could wait two minutes," she answered calmly, smoothing her hand over Ripley's hair. "Go on and play and I'll join you in a few minutes."

"Shows how much you value our relationship of you think this isnt a big deal."

She turned around to stare at him. "Right because you telling me to get home, get my things and get out shows how much you value anything?"

"Oh sorry am I meant to smile and be happy about the fact you have lied to my face for months?"

"No. You're not. And I won't sugarcoat my reasoning for it either. I lied. I lied to keep them safe and to let our daughter finally have a friend."

"Keep them safe?! You believe that bull my sister used to give you about me hurting her, seriously?! I thought she was dead! I was grieving! I've missed her, and you kept that from me?! How would you feel if Dallad disappeared, how would you feel if I kept him from you for months?! This is unforgiveable. Go pack your bags, I mean it."

"She told me what happened, Apollo. For a grieving man you've never once mentioned her," she answered heading into their room to back a bag.

"You've never asked, or offered to talk to me about it." Apollo answered sharply. "She told you what happened - what did she say to you?"

"Because you constantly dismissed everything I asked so I stopped asking." She replied coolly. "She said that about fifteen years ago your car that you were driving smashed into the taxi she was in, killing the driver and very nearly killing her. She ran once she was able and let you think she was dead."

"Because I didn't want to talk about it, because I was upset, because I was grieving." He answered sharply, "That's ridiculous, why would I purposely smash up one of my classics? You know how much time I spend with them. Do you remember any of my cars being smashed up?"

"Stop. Just stop. I'm not a child and I don't need you speaking to me like I am one. You want me out so leave me be so I can pack and leave."

"I want you out because you've lied to me, because you've hurt me. How could you do this to me? I thought we were better than that - better than lies and sneaking around behind each others backs."

"I'm not going to repeat myself over and over again and have everything I say twisted around." Delaney walked around the room gathering up the few things she was going to take with her.

"I'm stating facts - she told you I tried to kill her, you and I know fully well that she is lying a. because she is my sister, of course I wouldn't want her dead no matter how much of a viper she could be and b. why would I ruin one of my cars even attempting what she claimed? You didn't tell me she was alive because for some crazy reason you believed her, which is hurtful a. that you would think I would even do something like that b. that you would even let me continue to think my sister was missing or dead when you knew it was hurting me. I would never think that badly of you, or do anything like that to you and lastly, not only have you been keeping all of this quiet for months, you bring her daughter her to play with ours as if flaunting your deception in my face! I am not twisting anything here, Delaney, I am stating what you have done. You don't love me at all if you think any of that is okay."

Delaney didn't even bother to reply to him this time determined not to keep arguing with him.

"Well, do you?!"

"Of course I do." She answered quietly.
