"Look I... if you want, I guess..." Geo whispered hesitantly.

"And who would get hurt the most?" Aly asked, she had seen him and Oliver fight.

"Him at first.... me in the end." Max shrugged. "It was pretty even for awhile."

He nodded. "Okay, okay. What do I have to do?"

She nodded.

"And that's where the difference lies, Oliver is able to beat you the wolf knows it, so to break the cycle you need to concede defeat." Koby told him. "That, or you need to kill him."

"I'm not going to kill him," Max muttered, "The wolf isn't going to let it go though, and that's your fault with the alpha blood."

"Hey, you're much more like your mother." Koby told him. "Always took you as more vampire than wolf."

"I never took myself as one or the other," Max answered honestly with a shrug.

She put her hands on other side of his head and he would have felt a presence in his head, it wasn't painful more calming and familiar for him.

Isadora looked around in his head, if she found anything happy she let him see it to to cheer him up, and if she saw anything sad she hid it away.

(( My idea was something similar to what Belle went through - it could be like a family issue. So Belle had some of Belle's memories and soul and issues, Gwo could have someone else on Andre's side? Maybe a great granddad or something who died of a disease contracted from the dirt so it is almost like a genetic survival technique? ))

Geo remained where he was.
