At the sound of Klaus' voice, she went quiet almost instantly. Since the crying had stopped, all Tatia did was roll over in her sleep.

A few days later, Klaus was packing his and Tatia's suitcase, a little one of what they had brought for the baby so far too. "Back to Mystic Falls it'll have to be, Tat," he told her

Tatia nodded as she shifted the baby to rest its head on her shoulder, gently rubbing her back. "We'll just have to keep to ourselves so your mother doesn't know anything about the baby. She didn't see me whilst I was pregnant so she shouldn't know anything about her."

"Come on, let's go outside, get some air and go for a walk." She stood up and looked at what she was wearing - her usual loungeing clothes. "Just let me get changed."

Rebekah opened the door and walked back to her bed, where she was also packing. "Me and Kol were thinking of heading back to Mystic Falls, he's got stuff to deal with down there." she told him as she moved to the dresser to get some clothes out.

"We were going to go back anyway," Klaus replied, "I was just seeing if you two were coming but you've just answered that question."

"What if mom's still there? She's going to try to kill Tatia again." Rebekah pointed out, zipping her case up.
