He nodded. “Good point.” He told her with a soft smile

"Aren't you happy about it?"

“I am.” He told her

She smiled softly. "Oh, thank Merlin."

He smiled softly. “It’s definitely only one baby though right?” He asked her playfully

Hermione rolled over and looked at him. "Huh? Yes.. little Scorpius. We only saw one baby, Draco.. heard one heartbeat. You were there. And Aria didn't mention another baby."

“Good because I don’t think Peewee can manage looking after twins again.”

"Can't you hear our little one? Wouldn't you know if there were two?"

“I can but twins can synchronise heartbeats, at least Aria and I can.” He told her with a shrug.

She nodded. "I really don't know anything about twins."

“That’s why you’ve got me and Aria we can tell you pretty much everything.”

"I know." She snuggled into his embrace even more.

He held her close. “I love you so much.”

"I love you too. All of my boys."

He smiled softly. “Shall we go to bed?” He asked her quietly. “It’s been quite a day.”

"Yes, we definitely should be getting lots of rest."

He smiled softly and he moved to pick her up in his arms carrying her to the bed bridal style

Hermione giggled. "Well this is new."

He smiled. “Well did miss the bit of carrying you over the threshold.”

"Oooh, well I don't mind at all."

He carried her to bed gently Lying her down in the mess of pillows that Peewee had arranged into a nest to support her whole body

This made her giggle even more as she wiggled around to make herself comfortable.

Draco smiled softly sitting in the edge of the bed beside her.

"I thought you were going to rest too?"

“I will be.” He told her. “Just want to make sure that you’re comfortable.”
