Us and Them

Gavin: What now? Are you going to go with Howard?

She shook her head. "No...But I want to be there when my friends are killed."

Gavin: That can't be a good idea. What if they find and kill you?

"They won't find me, but I want to be there with my friends until the end."

Gavin: sighed but nodded his head in understanding

"When do you think they will kill them?"

Gavin: Probably tonight or in the morning...unless they interigate them all trying to find you and Howard first.

"Can you try and find out?" She asked him quietly.

Gavin: Yeah. I can try. he agreed sitting up and grabbing his shirt

She looked at him.

Gavin: tugged his shirt on buttoning it up Where can I find you in about an hour?

"I'll still be here."

Gavin: I'll be back in an hour. he kissed her once more before taking off into the trees

She kissed him back before she watched him go, then when he was out of sight she moved to get changed.

Gavin: quickly made his way through the forest then into the place where they all were being kept

Inside, some of the older gypsies were being tortured for information, and there was on girl, about 4 years old, who was being tortured for information and as she cried she was telling them anything in hop[e of the pain stopping.

Gavin: growled quietly as he entered taking this all in his eyes focusing on the little girl for a long moment What's going on here?

"We are doing our job Gavin, it would be nice if you didn't interfere."

Gavin: When are they being killed? he asked stepping closer

"Tomorrow at dawn."

Gavin: nodded his head Good then. What needs to be done?

"Maybe you could get some information out of this one." He nodded to the kid who was crying her eyes out.

Gavin: Sure. Give her to me. he replied in a calm collected tone kneeling down to see the child

She looked at him, trying to move away but the chair she was strapped to held her down. "Please don't hurt me. I don't know where Esmerelda and Howard are."

Gavin: I'm taking her with me, she'll talk. Don't you worry...I'll make her talk. he snarled smirking at the other guy giving him the idea that he'd harm the child into making her talk. Quickly he untied her and grabbed her wrist in a firm grasp but not enough to hurt her and pulled her from the room and outside where he lifted her into his arms Shh now...you won't get hurt I promise just do as I say...
