Harry was behind them and he smiled sligjtly as he saw Aria holding the baby. “Her Hermione hey Draco.”

“Hey Harry.” Draco told him though Hermione would have noticed the dragon tense as more people joined them.

Hermione's hand instantly slid into his, her thumb rubbing over his knuckles soothingly as she hummed softly, "He's safe."

Ron nodded his head in greeting his eyes landing on Aria with the baby and he smiled.

"Hello," Ginny greeted softly, smiling widely when she saw the baby. "He's so small."

Aria smiled as she watched her nephew.

Draco kissed her head

Ron moved to stand behind Aria, resting his hands on her shoulders.

Ginny held Harry's hand.

Hermione couldn't be happier right then with all their friends around.

Aria smiled leaningni to him and she looked down to the baby. “Look at him
Ron.” She told him. “He’s so beautiful.”

Harry slid an arm around her

Draco held her close

Ron nodded. "He's cute.. is heavy or really light cause he looks like he doesn't weigh a lot, right?" He honestly didn't know and was asking a truthful question.

"He's a baby, Ron.. of course he doesn't weight much." Ginny rolled her eyes at him.

Hermione leaned into him.

“He’s a bit heavier than what you would expect.” Aria told them. “I suppose it’s because he’s part dragon.”

Harry nodded. “I love his little tuft of white hair it’s cute.”

Draco smiled softly

Hermione smiled and nodded. "Yes, he's got a little weight to him but still very small, smaller than even I thought he'd be. Did you all see his eyes yet?"

Ginny shook her head. "No, are they blue?"

“Quite the opposite.” Draco told her

“Oh wow they are gold.” Aria gasped as she watched her nephew open his eyes to look at her

"The most gorgeous golden brown I've ever seen," she hummed.

Ginny leaned past Harry to have a look. "His eyes are so striking with his hair. I love it."

Ron nodded in agreement.

Aria smiled softly. “You’re definitely a dragon little one.” She whispered and she gently stroked his hair but as she did it she tensed as she watched a vision lay out before her arms suddenly went limp. As Scorpious fell Draco managed to move quick enough to catch him.

Ron moved quickly but only enough to brace Aria as he was still behind her.

Hermione couldn't help but gasp as Draco caught him, having nearly hurt herself as she took moved to quickly to catch their son. "He's good Draco? Aria?"

Ginny also moved forward at the same time that Draco and Hermione did.

“He’s alright.” Draco told her and this time the dragon was in front having taken over to save his little hatchling.

Aria zoned back in fairly quickly this time and she noticed the cry Scorpious and she looked distraught. “I’m sorry I’m so sorry.” She went to step towards her brother but the dragon stopped her and that caused her to disappear, leaving quickly.

“What the hell idiot she couldn’t help that.” Draco was more pissed at the dragon for scaring his sister than he was at his sister.

Ron frowned deeply and took after Aria.

"Aria?, come back please.." Hermione called after her nudging Draco. "She hadn't meant it. She certainly saw something that startled her."

“Tell him that he’s being a jerk.” Draco told her as he held their son.

Aria squeezed herself into a little hole behind the portrait on the medical ward floor and she sat behind it curled up.

"Ari?" Ron called for her.

"You're very lucky that I'm not sending you to go get her," she told him seriously. "You know she didn't mean it and now you've made her feel even worse."

“She dropped him, even baby dragons can get hurt.” He reminded her. “She should have at least stayed sitting.”

Aria sniffles from behind the portrait

"You know as well as I do that she can control a vision," Hermione told him.

Ron peered behind the portrait for her. "I can't fit back there, you know..*

“It’s big enough for two.” She told him. “It leads to Honeydukes.”

“But still she could have taken measures.”

“You’re going to find out sister and you’re going to apologies.” Draco told himself

Ron knelt down and made his way in beside her.

"My exact thoughts. Now go on, you need to do this."

The dragon growled but nodded. “Fine.”

Aria waited until he was comfortable before she eested her head on his shoulder

He wrapped his arms around her protectively. "Are you alright? Do you want to talk about what you saw?"

Hermione narrowed her eyes at him. "Don't growl at me, Draco Malfoy."

The dragon gave her a hard look before he lay the baby back on the bed

Aria nodded. “It doesn’t just change with my parents, the dark lord is after my nephew too.”

She returned the look showing she wasn't about to back down, even as she went to pick up their son.

Ron instinctively held her tighter. "What did you see?"

Draco walked away.

Pansy sat on the edge of the bed with her. “I’m sure the dragon will calm down soon.”
