"Apparently we're mean because we didn't bring her hybrid back. When I told her it wasn't possible she countered with 'Uncle Finn came back didn't he' and she didn't seem to get that he only came back because your mother was very powerful, more poweful than any other witch we can find. So then she started arguing again; most of which I tuned out. Before she cried herself to sleep."

Klaus just sighed deeply, "I'm going to tell the other hybrids that guard her not to complain about her, that's why she thought Scarlet was nice."

Tatia nodded, "It's probably the best thing to do. Might make her a little happier if she thinks they don't hate her."

"I'll do that now then," He sighed, getting to his feet and heading out once again.

Tatia sighed as he headed out without much warning.

About 7 hours later, Malvolio glanced from the small house in front of him to his sister, "You ready?" he asked her quietly.

Violet nodded, "As ready as I'll ever be," she said quietly, before walking towards the house. She opened the door and stepped inside, relieved that she didn't need to be invited in.

Malvolio raised an eyebrow at her not needing to be invited in, taking a hesitant step in after her and muttering, "That's weird." When he got in without a problem, too.

"It's not wierd, I just live alone. No humans live here, therefore Vampires don't need to be invited in." A male voice- presumably Dante's from the way Violet flinched at it said from the living room. Causing Violet to go in there and check. "I knew you'd come looking Vi." he said when she got in there, running a hand through his dark hair as he stood up to face her. His eyes matched his hair, and there was a smirk on his face. Once standing it was obvious he was rather tall, standing inches over both Violet and Malvolio. "They always come looking."

She snuggled close to him. "I'm a monster aren't I?" She whispered.

Damon looked at her and he made her look at him. "Everything is going to be ok Falin."

Malvolio stuck close to his sisters side protectively, glaring silently at Dante.

"So long as I have you I know it will," Falin whispered quietly, moving her head to rest on his shoulder gently.

"No your not," Jeremy whispered.

"Of course."

"I feel like one."

"And you must be Malvolio." Dante regarded Malvolio quietly. "Scar mentioned you, I was expecting you to come too, she said you were kind of a package deal...speaking of, shame she's dead." he mused, laughing a little when he saw the look of confusion on Violet's face. "News travels fast babe." he explained.

"Don't treat or talk to my sister like you own her," Malvolio hissed sharply, "Her names Violet, not 'babe'. Your only allowed to call her Violet."

Jeremy just sighed and hugged her.

She smiled.

"I can do whatever I want, I don't need some kid telling me what I can and can't do." Dante rolled his eyes.

"You know exactly how old we are, don't start being patronising." Violet pointed out with a quiet hiss.

"And yet he has the mentality of a child. Following you all the way here? Couldn't let you deal with your business on your own? Like a child unwilling to let it's mother go." Dante mused, then ducked quickly as Violet threw something at him- an ashtray from the end table. "Now now sweetheart, no need to get violent about things."

She hugged him back.

He smiled.

Elijah looked at Kaida.

Malvolio hissed and tackled Dante into a wall, pinning him against it and hissing. "I said; only call her by her name. Your. Going. To. Pay. For. Hurting. Her."

Jeremy held her close.

Falin smiled back.

"Well, it's been a dramatic night." Kaida whispered.

Dante just laughed, and accompanied the laugh with a smirk. "Like I said. Childish mentality."

"Mal don't!" Violet shouted, gasping and putting her hand over her mouth once she'd said it. It'd been an instinctual reaction.

"Looks like Vi doesn't want me to pay." Dante mused, laughing once more.

Malvolio frowned a little bit and looked over his shoulder at his sister silently.

"I want answers first." Violet explained quietly, flinching when Dante pulled away from Malvolio roughly, and grinned at Violet.

"Ask away babe," He offered with a small laugh, obviously finding the entire situation amusing.

Malvolio violently punched Dante in the face, "Stop calling her that you idiot!"

Dante stumbled back a little, moving his hand to his now broken nose to move it before it set crooked. Shrugging a little as he wiped the blood from his face with the back of his hand. "Why? Vi used to like it. Didn't you?" he grinned as he looked from Malvolio to his sister.

"Violet completely ignored his question, asking one of her own. "Why did you leave? The truth, not some bull shit answer like I know you're planning."

"'Cause I wanted to." Dante responded simply, as if it were the most obvious thing ever.

Malvolio watched closely, staying between his sister and Dante.
