"You're only saying that because you know I'll win." Astrid replied with a laugh, pulling her phone out of her pocket and saying a simple, "Ready, set, go." before starting the timer on her phone and beginning to down as many shots as she could.

"Hey, sorry I missed your call earlier. Everything okay?" Kaida asked as she answered her phone.

"Don't worry about it." He told her. "Just wondering if you're ok after this morning."

"I beg to differ, but to avoid an argument I'll just agree to disagree." Tatia hummed with a quiet laugh, moving her head to kiss him deeply.

Kol simply wasn't playing along, teasingly and lazily downing his shots at a much slower rate.

Astrid gave up after a moment and just frowned at him, kicking him gently and laughing, "You're so boring!" she told him before suggesting, "You best do that speech you had planned if you're going to be too boring to drink properly with me."

Klaus laughed a bit and kissed her back the same way.

"Yeah," Kaida confirmed quietly.

"Are you sure?"

"I plan to later,"

Tatia deepened the kiss, moving her hand from his shoulder to the side of his face, brushing her thumb across his cheekbone gently as she closed her eyes.

"Be a good sport and play a drinking game with me then," She replied with a small frown. "Come on, Kol, your normally willing to, teasing me about being a light weight or something, what's wrong?"

Klaus leant towards her touch, matching his kiss to hers and then deepening the kiss himself, moving a hand up to tangle his fingers in her hair.

"Mhm," Kaida hummed in confirmation.

"I'm worried about what I may do once intoxicated."

Tatia moved closer to him, shifting her other hand to rest on the other side of her face as she brought him ever so slightly closer, matching his kiss with a small noise of content.

"Alright, well I will be home soon ok?"

Klaus soon kissed down her neck.

"I won't let you do anything that's overly embarrassing," She promised, "Come on Kol, loosen up a little bit." she whispered, kissing her cheek.

"Okay."

"Love you."

"Maybe later." Kol nodded before he suddenly stepped out into the dance floor, "Not to interrupt the PDA going on between the newlyweds or anything but I'd like to get this speech out of the way before I forget it." he smirked as he got everyone's attention.

Tatia pulled away as Kol started speaking, looking over at him curiously. "Here we go," she muttered to Klaus.

"First of all, I'd like to say thanks to Nik for choosing me to be best man, not the wisest choice you've ever made but I think I've done a good job so far in not making you regret it. I'd say welcome to the family Tatia, but lets face it you've been part of it for longer than I can remember." Kol started with a grin. "Though it's nice to finally make it official, as cheesy as it sounds you two deserve it after everything, especially the past six years and the weeks leading up to it."

Finn shot a warning look and sighed quietly at Kol, showing that that was a part that was supposed to be omitted, but Kol simply ignored it and carried on.

"You may not look like Prince Charming Nik, but you finally got the girl," he snickered; "I'm glad it's worked out for you, this way I wont have to listen to your constant moaning about it." he raised his glass, "I guess what I'm trying to say is congrats, and I pray to the Gods it lasts." he finished before downing his drink.

"Love you too, Elijah. Stop sounding so worried, enjoy yourself a bit, I'm fine, promise."

Klaus pulled away as Kol began to talk too, sliding his arms around Tatia's waist as he listened to his brother quietly, grimacing a little bit when Kol mentioned the years Tatia had been dead for but smiled at the end and just gave Kol a nod in thanks."

"It's no fun without you, you know that. Anyway I have to go, Kol is giving his speech, see you soon." He ended the call. "To Niklaus and Tatia." Elijah seconded.

Tatia cringed a little into Klaus at the same part of Kol's speech, though once it ended she too smiled in thanks at him for it, looking over to Elijah and grinning at his seconding. "Well that wasn't as bad as I expected, coming from Kol anyway." she laughed to Klaus.

"Now I can get drunk, my duties are fulfilled." Kol smirked as he downed a shot walking towards Astrid.

Elijah smiled at her.

"So what did some of the original one you'd put together involve?" Astrid asked him with a small laugh, downing another shot herself.

"Much better then I expected." Klaus agreed.

"Calling Nik a dick multiple times. A few dirty jokes and a paragraph about how depressing Nik was when Tatia was dead and how I'm glad she's back so he can stop moping."

Tatia smiled in agreement before leaning back into him.

Elijah stayed for a few more hours, before he decided to head home when the party was starting to end.

Astrid just laughed quietly, "Can we do that competition then?" she asked him.

Klaus kissed her neck gently.

"If you insist." Kol laughed.

Tatia tilted her head back and closed her eyes in content.

When he got home, Elijah slid his jacket off and looked around for Kaida, Falin and Damon. "Falin? Kaida? Damon?"

Astrid smiled brightly and reset the timer on her phone, "Go!" she declared before downing as many shots as she could as quickly as she could.

"I love you so much," Klaus murmured.

"Hey handsome!" Kaida called from the livingroom.

"Hey gorgeous." He walked to her.

Tatia grinned at that, opening her eyes as she whispered; "And I love you too. Always have, always will."

Due to his vampiric speed, Kol was always a few shots ahead of her.
