Caleb: lifted his eyes and growled lowly his gaze locking with her for a moment as he snapped Get the heck away from me vampire.

"Vampire? I'm offended. I'm no vampire." Mia hissed in response, "And if you knew who I was you'd do as I told you to anyway, so I suggest you do."

Henrik shook his head, "Some of the genuinely good ones make it, not many but some. I reckon I could do it."

Klaus just sighed softly at his daughter, "Just let me and your mother look after her for a few days, okay? We havent spent much time with her recently anyway."

Caleb: I don't care who you are and I don't take lightly to being compelled. he growled getting to his feet Now go away.

"I'm more than capable of looking after her." Vanessa snapped, due to her tiredness.

"I wanna go stay with grandma and grandpa, please mummy?" Holly pouted, her voice ever so slightly lilting with a Parisian accent.

Vanessa sighed and headed upstairs, coming back down a few minutes later with a bag. "Fine, if you want." She said as she handed it over to Klaus.

"Try all you want, you're gonna fail. Perhaps you can rope Cameron in too, in my stead."

He nodded.

Mia just smirked and shook her head, "Come on, just humour me and do as I ask will you?"

Klaus took the bag off of his daughter and smoothed her hair gently, "Phone if your worried or you need us for anything, Ness."

Henrik just glared at her before getting to his feet and going up the stairs to find his mother. "Hope's saying I'm gunna fail at what I want to do, tell her off!"

Tatia sighed, "Hope! Telling your brother he's going to fail isn't very nice!" She called down.

"Well he is!"

"Will do." Vanessa nodded, "I'll just sit here and enjoy the empty house." she sighed, kissing her daughters forehead, "Be good for grandpa and grandma, and no fighting with Kira like last time okay? Take it in turn with your toys."

Holly nodded at that, "Will do mummy, bye bye."

Caleb: Like hell I will. I do what I want to do, when I want. No one has a say over me. he answered turning and walking away

"Just get some rest and relax Ness," Klaus sighed before leaving and heading back towards the house.

Vanessa just rolled her eyes after her father, sighing deeply and shutting the door behind him, before going and collapsing on the sofa, watching TV to distract herself.

Holly happily went with her grandfather.

"You stop that too, Henrik." Tatia sighed, "Both of you stop picking at each other and get on, you were both playing lovely down there before you started arguing."

Caleb: smirked spinning to look at her What is it you want from me

"So how've you been Holly?" Klaus asked.

"Couldn't of sounded that nice 'cause apparantly I'mma have to compel people for them to notice me." He muttered, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Put up with me until six, pretend to be my friend. That's what I want. Not much at all really, you didn't look like you were doing anything important so…" Mia muttered before asking, "What's your name?"

"Good, but then daddy left again." Holly frowned, "He never stays, he always leaves, and he didn't even bring Auntie Ellie with him this time either." she pouted. "I heard him and mummy arguing, when they sent me upstairs. She said daddy's gonna die soon." she whispered then, her pouting lip trembling as she tried not to cry. "I don't want daddy to die, then he'll leave me forever and ever."

Caleb: I came her to get away from people not be around more especially a girl he growled lowly still clearly not past what he'd done to Trin and how he liked to be in charge of things

"I know so but Hope doesn't seem to think so. She thinks I'll fail." Henrik muttered quietly in response.

Klaus just sighed softly, "Where your daddy's living complicated things. He'll be visiting you again before you know it. As for what you heard them argue about, what you heard your mother say, you don't have to worry about that. Not for a long time."

"Quite a lot of people die eventually, darling, we're just lucky that's all. He won't leave you for a long long time though, many years yet so you don't have to worry."

"But when he dies he wont come around ever again, and he doesn't come round to see me much as it is... He doesn't like me, does he? That's why he stays away." Holly whispered, eyes brimming with tears.

After a few minutes, there was a knock on Vanessa's door.

"All the time," Holly nodded. "He just says that he has to go back home. It never makes a difference, never ever, he always goes."

Vanessa rolled off of the couch with a sigh, assuming it was her father or daughter whom had forgotten something. She walked to the door and opened it.
