Leon frowned and shook his head, "I'll prove to you that I'm not like that," he promised, sliding his arms around her from behind and kissing her neck gently.

Nate let out a deep sigh and didn't say a word in response, just shaking his head a little bit in the negative and hugging his daughter.

"Go wait in the kitchen for food like the others, Henrik," Klaus yawned.

Henrik sighed before walking into the kitchen and sitting beside Hope. "Where's Mia?"

"Why?" He asked as he began to eat.

"I think you put all of your faith into a boy who didn't deserve your attention , and you've been badly effected by it but I wouldn't call you broken. No one is broken. As for your daughter, she doesn't phase me nor make me think less of you. It makes me think your stronger, to be able to raise her more or less alone. If you having a child bothered me, if my motive all along would of been to sleep with you then why would I still be here, hm? Why would I of even met you whilst you were pregnant. I care about you Vanessa, there is no alterior motive, I promise."

Nate sighed and just held her close, whispering quietly in her ear about how much she meant to him to try and calm her.

Henrik tilted his head to the side with a frown, glancing to his sisters.

"On which I need to speak to you all about." Klaus frowned as he entered the room, pulling a chair up to the table and asking, "What has all the attitude towards your mother been about lately?"

"If your mother wasn't so stubborn I'd take you home with me, Holly. If my head was bitten off every time I did visit I'd visit for months on end. I'd use all my holiday leave in one large chunk and spend two whole months with you and lie and say I'm sick for the other times I visit."

"It's okay," Leon whispered, hugging her gently. "It's okay…"

"She wouldn't let me get a pet pig - said no to it. Even when I'm older." Henrik grumbled.

"Hope, she made you apologise because even if you believe it was true it wasn't a nice thing to say and it hurt your brothers feelings. Henrik, she said no because a pig is a ridiculous animal to have as a pet and besides when would you have time to look after it with your school work, spending time with your friends and practicing your guitar, hm?" Klaus replied before adding, "It's not on. Being horrible or rude to her isn't acceptable, in any circumstances, she's your mother and both myself and her have supplied you with everything you need, everything you could want. We're trying to raise you into considerate and happy people, not rude, nasty people that can't even respect there own mother. Now you two better march upstairs and apologise for what you have said to her, how you have treated her."

Henrik just shoved his spoon down into the cereal bowl and got to his feet, going up the stairs grumpily.

"You can," Leon assured softly, "I can be patient, we can take everything as slowly as you want to, Vanessa. I won't hurt you, if I ever hurt you I give you my permission to stake me or bite me depending on how much you were hurting."

"Mean it then, like you should!" Klaus called after her before sighing and glancing to Kira.

Henrik was lingering outside the door of their parents room, just listening. Too nervous to walk in first so waiting for Hope to first.

"I care about you, that's why." Leon replied gently.

"I can't, Holly," Nate sighed.

"I know you haven't, but it's important you heard so you won't in the future. So you know it's unacceptable." Klaus replied.

Henrik wandered in after Hope, approaching his mother and hugging her. Whispering, much more genuinely than his sister, "I'm sorry. I still want a pig though…"

"No, Holly. If you didn't matter I wouldn't be here."

Leon sighed and ducked his head to press his lips to her neck gently.

Klaus watched her before glancing to Hope when she came down the stairs, "You need to buck your ideas up, Hope, you really do." he told her, frowning when he saw Holly coming down just behind her, "You okay, Holly?"

Henrik pulled back from the hug after a moment or so, not saying a word.

Leon soon pulled away, keeping it brief.

Henrik just gave a small nod before hugging her once again, not saying a word in response.

Klaus sighed softly, got to his feet and walked to Holly. Picking her up and hugging her gently, "Sshh, I know it hurts. I know. It'll be okay." he soothed, glancing up when Nate wandered down the stairs.

"I'm here for about two weeks, ask your grandpa or your mother to phone me if you want to see me Holly." Nate told her before leaving without another word.

Leon remained how he was too.

Leon nodded, "I'll be back soon," he replied before turning and leaving the house without another word, heading towards the hotel.

Klaus just held her close, bouncing her up and down gently as he smoothed her hair down.

Henrik was silent.

"He's going to, darling, he's selfish like that." Klaus told her with a small sigh. "Unfortunately your father is a very selfish and insensitive person."

Leon entered again about fifteen minutes later.

Would you like to meet up for drinks? Where I saw you yesterday? Malvolio text Trinity.
