"Well if you're done." Violet muttered before heading out.

Dakota soon started getting restless, moving her hand to her mouth unconsciously and biting down on it to relieve her jaw.

Malvolio just rolled his eyes, got to his feet.  Muttering a quiet, "Love you dad, if you even care anymore," and followed Violet out silently.

Sage let out a deep sigh and moved her hand up to make Finn look at her, pressing her lips to his gently. Not saying a word.

Henrik frowned as he watched her.

"I told you it wouldn't make a difference." Violet sighed, "and now you're going to go all miserable because you actually care."

Dakota whimpered and woke up when she bit down particularly hard.

"Well you're not even staying the few days you said you would and it's official that dad hates our guts so of course I'm going to be all miserable. Not exactly going to be jumping for joy that my sister and father both won't be around, ever, now, will I?  I'm going home. Like I said before, these were my last ditch attempts, no one can say I haven't tried - with either you or dad."

"Sshh," Henrik frowned, kissing the top of her head and glancing around the room briefly for something she could use instead of her hand.

"What reason do I have to stay Mal? We tried talking and it was awkward and forced."

"It really hurts." Dakota bit out, "my jaw and my teeth."

"Use your brain, it's going to be at first." He hissed. "You're determined to leave, clearly, and you're going to no matter what I say so I don't know if I should even try anymore, Viol. I'm tired of trying and being made out like the bad guy for even trying sometimes. I… It's like I have no family anymore, fine, I'll cope with that.… I'll…. You know maybe dad hated us all along anyway, results of an affair, burden's, shames, all of that rubbish… we've been screw up to him from the very beginning, results of his screw up and I don't know why I even tried with him… I don't know even know why I care what he thinks or if he ignores me or not or if he isn't proud of me - us ." He shook his head and just ducked his head, closing his eyes when they got blurry and water filled, "Sorry."

Violet just sighed deeply at that and pulled her twin into a hug, rubbing his back soothingly.

"It will, until you transition," Henrik whispered quietly, "Or until you… leave…" he grimaced.

Malvolio buried his face in her neck quietly, "How dare Sage blame us, how dare she. She only sees everything from dad and Cameron's side, not ours… I don't even know what I'm complaining about anymore…"

"Shh," Violet soothed, rubbing his back gently.

"I'll transition." Dakota whispered after a few minutes of hesitation.

Henrik hesitated for a moment before smiling brightly and asking, "Really?" sitting himself up before asking, "Are you sure? There's no going back once you do,"

Malvolio went quiet then. Muttering, "I wish we were never turned…"

"There's no going back if I die either..." Dakota shrugged.

"So do I, but that's because I don't have anything anymore. You have stuff to live for Mal."

"And I'd be asking you the same thing if you'd of chosen that option. I just want to make sure you're certain in whatever you choose." Henrik whispered.

"But I've lost you… I've lost dad… lost everyone but Trin."

"I'm certain," Dakota nodded, sitting up with him.

"And I lost you the minute you met her."

"Okay, I'll be back in a few seconds with something for you." Henrik whispered, pressing a deep but brief kiss to her lips before leaving.

"You didn't though. We didn't see each other as much but you never lost me. You lost me the second you left and started to ignore me."

"I did Mal, even when you did decide to remember me all you wanted to talk about was her. And then you decided you needed her more than me, that's why I left. And I flipped the switch when I started feeling replaced in your updates because I didn't want to care, it hurt to care."

Dakota nodded and watched him go.

"That isn't all I wanted to talk about, you just never threw in a topic of conversation other than that. Whenever I tried to change it you'd make a snide comment about her where I'd have to defend her. I've already told you about the whole updating thing - I wasn't going to tell you the bad things would I because they're just normal."

A few minutes later Henrik came back with a human woman following behind him quietly. The woman sitting beside Dakota and tilting her neck to the side for her as she moved her hair away from her neck.

"Don't let me kill her, promise you wont let me kill her." Dakota whispered, before her face vamped out and she bit into the womans neck, draining her slowly.

Violet was silent then, not wanting to start another argument.

Malvolio sighed deeply and was silent then too, moving his gaze down onto the ground.

"I promise I won't let you kill her," Henrik whispered, sitting himself down behind her and watching. When the woman began to lose conciousness, he lifted his hand to grab Dakota's arms gently and bring her away. "There, that's enough,"

Dakota whined a little as she was moved away, wanting more than what she'd had.

"If you want to go home I guess I best let you go, mm?"

Malvolio shrugged, "I don't know, I have no where else to go at the moment and I'm assuming you have a flight to catch or something."

"I'll get you some more, but no more from her, okay? You've taken enough from her."

"When I said I wasn't staying I meant longer than the three days I'd booked. I don't have a flight to catch for a couple more days yet."

Dakota just sighed and nodded, wiping off the blood with the back of her hand.

Henrik got to his feet and compelled the girl to forget what had happened and a cover story to how she got the mark before making her leave and leaving with her.   Maybe about ten, fifteen minutes later he came back and handed Dakota a bloodbag, "This is all you need until tomorrow."

Malvolio was silent then.

Dakota bit into it and made a small disgusted noise, "This is gross,"

Violet sighed and was quiet too.

"From the vein is much nicer but that's safer, you can't kill anyone drinking from lips bags too." Henrik replied with a small shrug.

---

"It's up to you what happens now."

"What do you mean it's up to me?"

Dakota just grimaced before drinking the entire bag down quickly.
