"Ah kay, that's good." Kol called back, "Are you asking Karl to keep an eye on the boys?"

"I think they're all as excited to see her as we were..." Vanessa hummed, gently running her hand down the side of Karina's face.

"Mhm," Astrid replied in confirmation, heading up the stairs to ask.

Leon just gave a nod, smiling lightly and whispering, "Well, she is rather extrodaniary."

Malvolio put Saffron down in the stroller.

Saffron: within moments she was asleep

"Yeah, she is." Vanessa agreed, leaning down and kissing Karina's forehead.

Ever since Karl had told her he wouldn't throw her away, Eri had developed a habit of slipping into his bed at night whenever she was having a bad day, simply to sleep next to him for comfort. Last night was one of those nights, so Eri was sleeping quietly in Karls bed, curled up in the covers.

Karl's arm was around Eri's waist gently, his eyes only half open as he'd only just woken up in the past few minutes. Quietly he brushed his finger tips through Eri's hair gently.

"Karl can you look after Adam and Adrian for a while in an ho-" Astrid began, cutting off when she saw them and grimacing, "Yeah, look after Adam and Adrian for a while in an hour? Thanks." she finished before leaving the room once again and heading downstairs to Kol, "Guess who's slipped into Karl's bed."

Leon kissed the side of Vanessa's head, "So glad I went out looking."

Kol was about to answer with something like 'No idea' before grimacing and shaking his head. "Don't wanna know, that's my baby girl, do not want to know."

Eri stirred a little at Astrid speaking, blinking her eyes open with a yawn when Astrid had left. Smiling a little at Karl she said a quiet 'Good morning'

"So am I, you went out and brought back the joint most important thing in our lives." Vanessa whispered, leaning into him slightly.

"Morning," Karl whispered quietly, "Seems I'm on baby sitting duties this morning, do you want to help me or are you going to let me suffer alone?" he asked with a quiet laugh.

"Mm," Astrid replied with a grimace. "It seems we know why Eri's been so happy recently now though."

---

Leon just gave a nod of agreement.

"I suppose I could help you out," Eri said with a fake sigh, a smirk curling at her lips.

"Don't. Want. To. Talk. About. It." Kol muttered slowly.

---

"She's so lucky to have the best daddy ever."

Astrid just gave a small nod, sliding her arms around him gently then and resting her head on his shoulder quietly.

Leon laughed at that and shook his head, "I wouldn't say I'm the best."

---

Karl laughed a bit at that, pressing his lips to hers.

"I don't like it. At all. We're telling them to stop." Kol grumbled.

---

"You are, most definitely are." Vanessa whispered.

---

Eri gasped softly at that, instantly kissing him back and moving a hand to rest on the side of his face.

"I don't like it either," Astrid whispered quietly, "But what if telling them to stop drives them both away?"

Karl smiled against her lips and deepened the kiss, tangling his fingers in her hair.

Leon laughed a bit and shook his head, "I don't think so, think I could be much better still."

"Nope, no you're the best."

Kol just sighed deeply at that.

Eri matched it instantly.

"Maybe we should have a quiet word with Karl, talk to him about it. He's less likely to leave if we tell him something he doesn't want to hear." Astrid suggested quietly, brushing her fingers through his hair affectionately.

Karl pulled away after a few moments.

Leon laughed and shook his head.

"You're amazing, you really think I'd wanna name our boy LJ if you weren't?"

---

"Maybe." Kol hummed in agreement.

---

"I thought we weren't turning this into..." Eri started, then stopped and briefly gestured to themselves. "Well, this." she asked quietly.

"It seems I have less self-control than I convinced myself I had," He hummed, "There's nothing wrong with it, not really, is there?"

"Should we talk to him now? Get it out of the way?" Astrid asked quietly.

---

Leon laughed a bit, shrugging and whispering, "I suppose not,"

"You can, he's your son, he wont take it good coming from me."

---

"No," Eri smiled, shaking her head. "Nothing at all." she grinned before pressing her lips to his once again, rolling over on top of him and straddling him.

---

"You're lucky I didn't ask you if we could name Kari, Leona, or something like that, just because it's almost your name." Vanessa laughed.

"I don't know what exactly to say to him. Can't we both talk to him?"

Karl slid his arms around her waist, kissing her back deeply.

---

Leon laughed at that.

"I technically have no right to tell him what to do, I'm not his dad."

"Would've made a great name...maybe we should change it." Vanessa laughed.

---

Eri made a small noise of content, moving a hand down his chest.

"Fine," She sighed, adding lightly, "It's up to you of you want to talk to Eri." A few moments later, she called up the stairs, "Karl! Come down here a second, we need to talk."

Karl pulled away with a sigh when he heard his mother, mumbling to Eri, "We can continue later," as he got to his feet, got changed quickly and headed down the stairs.

"No," Leon laughed.

"Mm, I guess you're right, I like Karina too much." Vanessa laughed.

---

Eri groaned and just fell back into bed.

---

Kol just watched Karl come down, shooting him a mild dirty look before heading to the kitchen.

Karl frowned at the look he was given and just glanced to Astrid, whom sighed in response.

Leon nodded, "Karina suits her, aswell, Leona doesn't."

((I wont be on tonight until after midnight, I gots a job ^_^))

"Well we don't know that since that's not her name."

Kol came back in a few minutes later, watching them silently

"Technically Kol's your step-uncle so you can't act like that. We make each other happy, obviously, and I don't think it's any of your business." Karl replied, a little sharply.

Astrid let out a deep sigh, "I'm just, not comfortable with it, Karl. Whatever you have with Eri, end it, okay?"

"Mm," Leon shrugged.

"I'm not comfortable with it either, end it or you're out." Kol added.

---

Vanessa kissed his nose then, quietly waiting for people to turn up.
