"It is just odd, is all... I was raised to... Not with someone such as.."

"I see. I knew I should not have done that." He whispered quietly shaking his head. "It will not happen again."

"No... I never said I did not enjoy it."

Vander didn't know how to respond so he stayed quiet.

She just let out a nervous laugh before shaking her head and heading out of the room.

(( Hmm... next drama idea? ))

He let him slump down into the bed then.

(( Something to do with one of their familiies? Or the council? Or someone comes in to punish him for escaping/ trying to? ))

((Any of those would work. Or we can bring in more people))

(( Incorporate one of the other council members coming in to punish him with the whole adding new characters thing? ))

There was a few moments of silence on the other side of the door when suddenly there was the sound of the main door slamming open and then closed once again and Amalia making a quiet pained noise. Moments later a five foot ten man with short jet black hair walked into the room Vander was in and rather suddenly grabbed his arm and forced him to his feet, grabbing his neck in his other hand and pushing his thumb down into his wind pipe to choke him. "I don't know you personally, but I know your the idiot big-shot that tried escaping last night and has made everyones lives even more fucking difficult."

Vander made a pained noise when he was yanked up glaring at the other guy right way and grisly lowly. "Get off of me you damned fool!" He shoved the guy with one hand in an attempt to make him let him go.

The guys grip loosened for a moment though so he had lifted his other hand to hold him by the neck to. Pushing both of his thumbs into the windpipe in his neck and growling, "This is what you get, fucking shifter mutt... thing.. whatever the hell you are - you stick whatever it is, nothing pure." Digging his thumbs into his neck.

Vander grit his teeth as he glared at the boy with hatred but he made no attempt to actually fight back at all.

The guy then proceeded to slam Vander's head against the wall repeatedly as hard as he could, only stopping when there was a smashing sound as Amalia hit a lamp over his head which caused him to let go.

"Go away before I find somebody and I report you." She snapped at the guy, shoving him away and watching him wander off a little disorientated. Glancing over her shoulder at Vander the instant he was gone.

The guy wandered through the hall to his own section, rubbing the back of his head that had began to bleed.

Vander groaned slumping down against the wall the back of his head beginning to bleed again from where her been hurt that morning.

A young girl with wavy brown hair and bright blue eyes stopped in the hall right in front if the boy. "Where have you gone you fool? And lovely you got hurt, go get cleaned up!"

"Come here, sweetheart," Amalia sighed, sitting herself down beside him and wrapping an arm around his shoulder. Pulling him into her and grabbing a small rag to press to the wound on the back of his head.

"I was dealing with things. Do not speak to me with that attitude, I'm not in the mood." He muttered.

He winched at the feel of the rag trying to pull away.

"I will talk to you however I please when you act the way you do" she snapped at him.

"No, no, sshh," She whispered, using the arm that was behind him to hold the rag instead so she could move her now free hand to rest on his cheek and make him look at her. "Focus on me, sweetheart, it won't hurt if you focus on something other than the pain."

"I was teaching a bratty kid a lesson, okay?"

Vander blinked a few times his vision a bit blurry as he tried to focus on her face.

"You mean that stupid kid that got us all into trouble? Looks like he messed you up too, hmm?" She smirked gesturing at his head.

"That was a lamp to the head actually, shut the hell up, would you?" He snapped, "Do me a favour and get me a drink, would you?"

She pressed her lips to his after a moment or two.

"Like hell I will!" She snapped at him rolling her eyes. "I'm not your damned maid you ass get it yourself."
