Nina let out a slow breath she didn't even realize she'd been holding and suddenly pulled her best friend into a hug without another word.

Sami was sat on her stairs still talking with a small boy of about six or seven.

Sami giggled jumping slightly and tilting her head back to look up at him. "Hello Michael."

The little boy looked at Michael and Nina quickly before turning and running inside the house.

Nina stopped a few feet away leaning against a tree.

He nodded and got to his feet, offering her a hand up.

Lorenzo was a little bit away, holding his breath so his chest wouldn't touch the point of the sword that was being held close to him threateningly by a guard.

Nina glanced at Michael and whispered softly to him "I will see you later" as she turned to walk away nearly instantly spotting Lorenzo and rushing over towards. "Just what is going on over here?"

"We caught this street rat trying to steal food," The guard snarled.

"Because I'm starving and you have plenty," Lorenzo snapped, flinching when the guard pressed the tip of the sword into him, making him begin to bleed.

Michael nodded in response to Sami before walking off.
