"Don't put yourself down like that."

"Correction. Party animal slut who needs to get a grip. When my siblings all find out I can already imagine the horror that me and you aren't dating."

Scott sighed softly and sat down beside her, "I don't think of you like that, if it helps."

"No. You just think of me as an easy lay." Kira mumbled as she wrapped herself under the covers further. "Nobody would want me to be their mother. I'd be an embarrassment."

"If I just thought of you as that would I be here right now, Kira?" Scott asked with a roll of his eyes. "Stop putting yourself down, okay? Just.. stop."

Kira just closed her eyes. "Order whatever you want from room service, my dad is paying for it since I have his card." She whispered as she clutched a pillow to herself for comfort. Squeezing her eyes shut to avoid tears.

"Come here, Kir.." Scott frowned, laying back a bit and wrapping an arm around her shoulder as he did before, pulling her against him and whispering, "Don't hold it in."

Kira trembled against him, silent tears slipping down her cheeks. "I don't know what to do. I'm scared and I'm worried that I'll disappoint people or I'll screw it all up. I don't know what to do."

"Do what you want to do, forget about anyone else's views and opinions, just think about what is best for you." Scott whispered, lifting his hand to wipe her tears away gently.

"I have to think about you too. This baby is ours."

"I've told you that I wouldn't mind either way, u just don't like hearing it's heartbeat that's all." Scott replied. "Just think of yourself."

Kira nodded, snuggling up to him and curling up to sleep, drifting off within a few minutes.

After a few minutes, he drifted off too.

Kira slept soundly in his arms.

After a few hours, Scott blinked his eyes open with a yawn.

"I'm keeping it." Kira whispered from where she was, tucked under his chin. "It's what I've decided.":

"Good," Scott replied with a small nod

"I think you'll be a good dad Scottie."

"I hope you're right, Kir. You'll be a brilliant mother, though."

"I hope you're right." Kira echoed.

Scott just nodded.

"I'm glad I have you."

Scott laughed a bit, "You don't have to keep complimenting me, y'know."

"I'm telling the truth."

"You shouldn't."
