"She means it and she's right. I am a terrible mother. I am pathetic. I need to stop being so pathetic." Tatia hissed, exhasperated. Almost suddenly she jerked and stopped crying, pulling away from him with an empty look in her eyes.

"Tatia no," Klaus replied with a shake of his head, resting his hand on her cheek and kissing her forehead before studying her with a deep frown.

Tatia just pushed his hand off her face.

"You've turnt them off, haven't you?" He asked with a sigh.

Tatia just nodded. "You've done it too, when Vanessa died."

"But no ones died, Astrid was probably just lashing out. You can't judge it unti you talk to her yourself." Klaus whispered with a deep sigh, shaking his head.

(( Maybe it's when Dakota dies and Tatia sees Henrik was devesated when Tatia turns her emotions on? Because then she needs to in order to comfort Henrik? Unless you had another idea ))

"Well I'm not going to speak to her. She thinks I'm a crap mother. She doesn't want me and quite frankly I don't want her. Don't need someone who thinks of me so negatively. So I suppose by the same standards I could say I don't need any of you. You all think I'm pathetic and weak and could be a better mother. You can all screw yourselves."

"I don't think that Tat,"

"Well you wouldn't admit it to me if you did."

"How could you think that, Tat?"

"Because you wouldn't. I have no idea what's going on in that brain of yours but if you thought negatively of me you wouldn't tell me in case i went overboard on the pathetic scale and tried to top myself."

"I don't think negatively of you though, love."

"So you say. Whatever. I don't care." Tatia shrugged.

Klaus just let out a deep sigh.

Henrik was pacing at the front of the church, near the alter, raking his fingers through his hair and mumbling rants of, "I can't believe this is actually happening... I hope it goes well.... hope it's what she wants..." under his breath.

Jordan was waiting outside the room that Dakota was getting ready in. "Come on, you don't want to give him a heart attack by being late do you, short stuff?"

Klaus was sat on one of the seats in the church, laughing quietly as he watched Henrik pace, "He seems nervous."

"Hey, calm down. She'll be here Rik." Hope soothed, getting up off of her seat and walking to her brother, resting a hand on his shoulder to steady him.

"Just fashionably late." Kol chuckled.

"Wouldn't surprise me if she didn't turn up." Tatia mumbled.

"Don't be so cynical mother, and quit it with the depressive I don't give a crap act." Vanessa hissed.

"It's not an act, she flipped the switch, only reason she's here is because dad forced her." Lucas pointed out from where he was sat next to Kira, keeping an eye on her since Scott hadn't been invited to the actual wedding.

"Mum should be here. And Dean. And I sent a text to the last number I had for Charlie but obviously he disappeared after mum and Dean died..." Dakota whispered as he faced herself in the mirror, watching Ellie with her sisters in the background.

"You're just going to have to put up with me, I'm afraid," Jordan replied with a small frown, "Mum and Dean are here as long as you keep them in your thoughts anyway, hm? Try and spend today looking to the future, a future where you take the last name of a family we were raised to track and kill." he added with a quiet laugh.

"Flipped it because someone told her what Astrid had said." Klaus added with a sigh.

"What I sai-" Astrid began before grimacing and mumbling, "Didn't mean it."

"No!" Henrik hissed almost silently at them all, "Stop it. Keep it at home, not here. This is about Dakota, don't any of you are to turn this into a family drama when this is her day and you all need to look at her and compliment her and be really really nice to each other and here. Don't ruin this, any of you."

"We are exactly what we were raised to trap and kill. I know about a thousand ways to commit suicide." Dakota chuckled as she moved away from the mirror and went to open the door, hugging him quietly. "Thank you for not leaving me."

"Well I didn't want her going round to Astrids and making a fool of herself when the door was slammed in her face." Lucas mumbled in his own defence. "She flipped the switch, don't blame me."

"It's your day too Rik." Hope whispered.

Sarai started to whimper in Klaus' lap at the atmosphere.

"I wouldn't of slammed the door in her face," Astrid hissed, "Now she's going to hate me even more because of yo-"

"Shut up, all of you." Henrik hissed sharply before mumbling to Hope, "Well, everyone is turning it into family drama day so we're obviously both wrong."

Klaus frowned an hugged Sarai gently, rubbing her back and whispering, "Sshh,"

Jordan hugged her back, whispering, "It's fine, thank you for sitting at my hospital bedside for so long when I was in the accident."

"She never hated you!" Lucas hissed. "She never hated you at all and you know you can't hate your kids!"

"Just shut up talking about it! This isn't the time or the place!" Kira hissed then.

Sarai turned round and buried her face in his neck.

Dakota just nodded with a smile, kissing his cheek and pulling away. "Time to go." She whispered, watching as Ellie took a hand from both of her sisters and walked to stand behind her mother. "You know what to do don't you?" She whispered gently.

"Follow you out the room and round to the front of the church and then throw flowers when you're inside!" Sapphire grinned.

Dakota just nodded and took Jordan's arm, letting him lead the way.

Jordan smiled brightly, heading out with her and asking before they entered the main part of the church where everyone else was, "Are you ready for this?"

"It's okay Sarai," Klaus soothed softly, rubbing her back.

Henrik watched them all before, letting out a small sigh of relief when they went quiet.

"I love him. That's all that matters." Dakota whispered before heading inside.
