Klaus came back a few minutes later and handed him a bloodbag.

Adam just held her close.

"Look at her Adrian," Astrid soothed softly, "Open your eyes and look at her, you'll be an amazing father to her and we'll all be here to help you out."

He held her close silently then.

Klaus frowned a bit at that, "It's not too late to try and fix it, you know. She's still in love with you, you know that - even Dexter knows that."

Astrid rubbed Adrian's back soothingly, "Is that what you'll name her then? She's a beautiful little baby, hm?"

The baby whined and snuggled into Adrian's chest, her whimpers calming slightly at the warmth.

"She's probably hungry," Astrid mused.

"It's best if they do, it won't be nice over there."

Matteo and Saffron were both sitting inside the house playing video games and laughing just sounding like young kids.

Trinity was in the same room lodging on the couch reading.

Caleb was outside in the yard with Evelynn repairing one of her old playhouses from when she was small for Jasper.

Adrian nodded as he rocked her gently, hesitating before kissing his baby's forehead. "Farrah..."

"She's happy with him. Imagine yourself in my situation. You've treated Tatia like shit for years. And that light that she had in her eyes when you first fell in love has gone. And you dump her and she's devastated. And then she moved on and found someone else, who treated her right, who brought back that light in her eyes...
Would you ruin that?"

Olivia nodded.

"I'd try and get her back and make sure I'd never let that light fade again, never treat her like that again." Klaus replied with a small shrug, "But maybe I'm selfish like that."

Astrid headed into the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a bottle, handing it to Adrian and whispering, "Feed her, help you bond."

"A very scared man, who's just lost his wife an doesn't think he'd be up to the job without her. A man who thought giving her away was the best thing and hadn't yet realised that he was the best thing for her." And a very brave dad just looked into his daughters eyes and decided he could do it." Dex said gently.

"I can't hurt her... Put her through all that."

"You thought you were doing what was best for her." Astrid nodded in agreement with Dexter, rubbing Adrian's back soothingly, "You're the best for her, you'll be okay, Rian."

"You wouldn't have to hurt her, just give her a choice. Say you're willing to try again, it's fine if she doesn't want to but the offer is there." Klaus replied.

Astrid smiled as she watched before moving to Dexter and wrapping her arms around his neck, kissing his nose and whispering, "Let's make some food for Rian, us, enough for the others when they come…"

"If you regret letting her go, then you should try and get her back."

"Jasper? Do you want food?" Mia asked as she entered his room.

"It's nice to hear you two getting along," Malvolio mused as he entered the room.
