She let out a shaky sigh.

"What? What's the matter now?"


Nate hugged her tightly. "It'll be alright."

"Nothing,"

"Mm..."

"Should I actually believe that?"


When he let her go he took her hand. "Where were you headed anyways?"

"Yes," Nerida mumbled, diving into the water as soon as she saw it. Wincing violently as her legs sowed together and scales and a tail formed before letting out a small sigh of relief.

"No where, I was just walking."

Gabriel let out a frustrated huff even as he sat down near the water watching her.


"I'll walk with you then."

(( I hate the fact my room is right next to the kitchen. So much. They're all so loud and I can never concentrate on my work because of it )))

She surfaced after a few moments, frowning deeply and just leaning against the bank. Studying him for a few minutes before whispering affectionately; "I love you."

She smiled a little bit.

((That really sucks. Especially so late at night))

He smiled slightly at her. "Love you too."

Nate headed in a random direction.

(( It's always this time of night they're the loudest. The thing is, they laugh in my face and take the piss when I ask them to keep it down too. It's why I'm so excited to go home - I'll actually be able to sleep at a decent time for once ))

"Mm, it's all going to be okay, Gabe,"

She walked alongside him contently.

((Most college students don't think that sometimes people actually go to learn. It's stupid really))


"No matter my choice someone's going to be unhappy."


He let her hand go to wrap an arm around her waist.

(( It pisses me off. A bit of human decency would be lovely sometimes. Whenever I vent to my friends too they don't care; just change the subject onto themselves like they always do. It's alright for them, living with mummy and daddy at home where as my father is so much of a dick he can bring his girlfriends daughter to London for a week but can't give me £20 to buy food. I literally only have one meal left in my cupboard and I'm £204 into my overdraft. I'm so glad it's tomorrow I'm going home. ))

"Do whatever makes you happy, my sweet," Nerida soothed.

((Wow that's seriously messed up. Why can't/won't your dad help you at all?))


Gabe shook his head. "I want you both happy but I want you safe as well. Staying here isn't keeping you safe...I won't let them get you..."

(( He keeps saying; "I would if I could.".  He's just a dick, really, would rather spend money on weekend trips to London than sending me a little bit to make sure I'm fed. Mum has sent me some but I feel awful taking it from her because the cats are really ill at the minute and she's tight on money too :/ It's 3am and they won't shut up, I have an assessment tomorrow, I feel like crying. ))

"I just want you happy."

((That's horrible. Sometimes parents suck but at least your mom tries her best when she can. Poor kitties. Try getting some sleep it could help, I'm sure you'll do fine tomorrow))

"I am when I'm with you and you're safe you know that."

(( I can't get any sleep though because they won't fucking shut up. I ask them; they laugh in my face, I bash on the wall and they bash back and laugh about it. They've been doing this for the past four weeks and I've had so many arguments with them about it, it's unbelievable. I'm exhausted. Today the person who is suppose to be my 'friend' either ignored what I said completely, made me out to be stupid or bit my head off for no reason what so ever at all and I'd be able to handle that if I wasn't so exhausted but I feel like I'm going to explode at someone.))

"Smile then, handsome. Smile..."

((Just relax the best you can and remember you're going home for awhile. Isn't there someone you can talk to about them though? Like a dorm advisor or something like that?))

Gabriel studied her for a moment before smiling slightly. "What should I do though Neri? He's never pitched a fit like this before over moving..."

(( Not without it becoming like a major deal and I don't want to fall out with them big time because it'll be more hassle than it's worth. ))

"Lets... Lets leave it for today, sleep on it, come up with ideas refreshed. Just relax for now."

((True. Why are they in the kitchen at this hour anyway isn't there somewhere else they can be?))


He just nodded dropping the discussion after that.

(( You think they'd be in bed too but no. They're idiots. ))

She offered him her hand quietly.

(( Awhh, I've finally reading this play and basically at the end, Linda's husband (Who's a salesmen so normally travelled and went away alot) commits suicide and this is what she says at his grave:
LINDA: Forgive me, dear. I can’t cry. I don’t know what it is, I
can’t cry. I don’t understand it. Why did you ever do that? Help
me Willy, I can’t cry. It seems to me that you’re just on another
trip. I keep expecting you. Willy, dear, I can’t cry. Why did you
do it? I search and search and I search, and I can’t understand
it, Willy. I made the last payment on the house today. Today,
dear. And there’ll be nobody home. (A sob rises in her throat.)
We’re free and clear. (Sobbing more fully, released.) We’re free.
(Biff comes slowly toward her.) We’re free... We’re free... (Biff lifts her to her feet and moves out up right with her in his arms.
Linda sobs quietly. Bernard and Charley come together and follow
them, followed by Happy. Only the music of the flute is left
on the darkening stage as over the house the hard towers of the
apartment buildings rise into sharp focus, and the curtain falls )))

((People are stupid sometimes. Awe  ))

Gabe took her hand in his.

((I don't like naturalistic plays because they always end in a death :/ They're always so sad. ))

She brought his hand to her lips and kissed his fingertips gently.

((Yeah but we always kill someone on here. Lol))

He smiled gently at her inching closer. "Tomorrow you'll help me with everything then, yeah?"

"What do you mean? With what?"
