Us and Them

She held it out for him if he wanted another bite.

"No thank you."

She shrugged going ahead to finish her snack.

He smiled slightly watching her, leaning back on the bench.

She cleaned her hands and mouth with a napkin throwing the trash away.

He was watching the sky, seeming nice and relaxed now.

She sat beside him.

He looked over at her.

She smiled softly.

He smiled back.

"What now? I'm not sure what I want to do."

"No idea."

"Carnival?"

"If you really want to go." He told her playfully.

Jaylin looked unsure at first before nodding her head.

"Then we shall."

She got to her feet then but not before taking a hold of his hand.

He held her hand and he took her to the carnival, and despite it being early music was pumping, people were dancing, playing games and drinking.

Jaylin kept right at his side holding onto his hand tightly yet she was looking around.

He kept his hand around hers, watching her to make sure that she was alright.

She was fine just a bit nervous though she seemed rather interested in everything.

Hunter looked around himself, and he enjoyed watching the people around them have fun.

"You can go have a good time Hunt..." She whispered looking up at him.

"I'm fine with watching."

"You sure?"
