"I was quiet, unable to do much at all really, Elijah was the confident one, the sword bearer as my parents used to call him, I was the one who would rather read scrolls for the rest of my life, focus on the magic side of my species, instead of the brute strength like Elijah did."

He smiled back.

"There's nothing wrong with that."

"Yeah, now there isn't, but back then, it was like you were a child from satan."

"You were something special. I'd have liked to know you back then."

He smiled. "You knew me just over a hundred years later instead."

She laughed softly. "I know."

He smiled.
