"By the way he pointed a gun at us I never would of guessed." Darcy mumbled sarcastically

He smiled sligjtlly. "It's because of the curse."

Kovu got up and walked out with Amora.

"Wait," Bella whispered when she heard Amora leave but had yet to hear Kovu follow up the stairs behind her. "I don't want to be alone."

"I've got jobs to do." He told her. "Get some rest I'll bring you some food later."

"I used to be, Mark was an admiral in the Royal navy."

"Ahh," She whispered, "So.. What happened to him? How did he get his curse?"

"Please," Bella begged quietly, "Just till I fall asleep."

"He didn't get the cure, I tricked him into becoming cursed."

"Met up on his ship, tried to convince him to become a pirate, in the end gave him a cursed coin, when he found out he's hated me since."

"Mm, thats grounds to hate someone I suppose." Darcy whispered, flinching when she tried to strech out her hand. "Bastard broke my wrist though."

"I- So.. What kind of ship is this?"

He gently checked her over and bandaged her up.

"I don't know." She whimpered.

"Take a guess, let's turn this into a game." He reached into his pocket pulling out some chocolate.

She focused on the chocolate, whispering, "Don't- Don't tease me, I'm starving."

"What do you want to do about your brother?"

"Every answer you give me you get a cube." He told her.

"There isn't much I can do, compared to me he's immortal."

"I- uh.. Fine. Fine." Bella whispered

"We need to make him leave, this is our home now abd we can't just up and leave it. He'll ruih everything if he stays here too long."

He nodded. "So, why don't you want my sister near you?"

"I- I don't like women. They scare me. They've hurt me."

"So.. To do that we have to figure out why he is here."

"Then you're a bit screwed, there's more women here than men." He told her. "Why were you out on that raft?"

"He'll probably tell you anything."

She shook her head, reaching her hand out for some chocolate before she answered.

Bella ate it so eagerky she didnt even taste it. Swallowing before whispering, "I was on a raft because I was pushed over board. I grabbed the raft as I fell and it fell with me."

He nodded giving her another piece. "Why do you hate woman?"

"Not entirely, to be honest you probably don't have to do much."

"They hurt me. Pushing me overboard is childs play. Abusive mother, manipulative friends, bullies. Guys keep me safe, women want me hurt. Just the way it is, they scare me."
