"And I'm asking you a question." She told him. "So I would like an answer."

"Because your being mean."

"No, we aren't being mean, contrary to your belief." She told him. "If you stayed here, you wouldn't see me and your dad for years at a time, you would miss us." She told him. "And what if things happened and you needed to see us?" She asked. "Or if we needed to see you?"

"A year isn't long."

"And if it's longer?" She asked.

"Letters exist."

"Stop trying to be smart." She told him. "Rico, you can't stay on land, your dad and I need you out there on the ocean with us."

"I'm not going back, a- and that's that."

Wyatt shook his head, reahing over and simply picking Rico up, walking back toward the ship with him. Ignoring him as he screamed and kicked.

"Wyatt!" Darcy frowned.

Amora sighed and she got to his feet. "Again, thanks for dinner mum."

"I can't let you both force him, that's horrible.." Darcy whispered. "Let him spend two or three nights with us?"

"No, that defeats the object of us saying no."

"No, it doesn't. You can see if he's serious about it then, if he'll be able to cope with a few days away from you both."

"It does, we tell him no that he can't stay here and then we suddenly say that he can spend a few nights with you."

"Spending a few nights and living with are completely different."

"He'll see it as the same thing." Amora told him. "I'm going to have to go up onto deck and check on them, I'll try and see you later, okay?"

"Mmm" Darcy hummed, heading back toward the house.

Amoran headed back to the ship.

"They forced him onto the ship," Darcy whispered to Jack as she got back inside

"I'm not surprised." Jack told them with a sigh.

"I don't like it.."

"There's not a lot that we can do," He told her.

"I know," She whispered, sitting herself down

Jack sighed.
