Rebekah looked to them. "Our little boy is an alpha." She smiled softly. "I knew it."

"Figured if I couldn't sleep I may aswell be doing something useful." Geo answered quietly. "Please don't make me go back to bed."

"I knew he'd show them all." He grinned.

Madoc watched them with a sad smile.

"Alright, I won't make you go to bed right now, but promise that you will try and get some sleep."

Abi sipped her tea.

"I will, when I'm tired." He answered quietly, "This book has lots in it. I think I might find something in this one."

"Well, we should leave the two of you to it." Madoc hummed, finishing his tea.

"Oh no, you can stay if you want. This is a wine kind of situation, not a tea one." Noah hummed

"No we are good, we have some things to do ourselves."

"Congratulations on joining us Madoc." Rebekah smiled. "Don't worry the transition period can be quite fun."

He nodded. "Alright son."

"I'm just exhausted at the minute," He answered tiredly, getting to his feet.

"Mm, just rest up," Noah answered with a smile before getting to his feet and heading into the kitchen to get some wine for himself and Rebekah.

"Are you and mum okay?"

"All more reason, go home and rest you two." Rebekah smiled softly. "Thank you for coming to tell us."

"Yeah we are."

"Way ahead of you," Madoc whispered before walking out of the den and towards his and Abi's.

He smiled softly.

Noah wandered back into the livingroom and passed Rebekah a glass of wine. "So, when are we going to surprise our son and just show up at his pack?"

Madoc headed straight to the bedroom, collapsing onto the bed exhausted.

Geo focused on the book once again, "Turn the light off as you go? I like candlelight more."

She shrugged. "Let's give him a few days."

She let him get ready for bed and she put the books back on her shelf before she came and joined him

"Will do." He told him and he turned the light off.

By the time she got there, Madoc was already fast asleep.

Abi smiled softly at seeing him and she got herself a shower and into her night clothes and she slid into bed beside him.

((yeah sure))

A few days later....

Noah made his way through the deep areas of the forest, pausing with a frown when the terrain became more swamp like as they got closer and closer go a major river. "Not the best place." He mused.

Geo had been more or less hidden away from everyone, glued to the books. Currently he was wandering into Koby's territory, unknowingly, flicking through pages as he walked.

There were some wolves watching him as he walked through them.

Rebekah nodded. "I think we still have a while to go yet." SHe told him.

When Geo got quite deep into the territory, he sat himself down by a tree just next to Lorelai's lake. Resting the book against his knees as he flipped through, not even noticing that he was being watched.

"Mm, how much further do you think?"

"Thoguht your mother would have told you o never come to this part of the forest." Koby told him as he leatn against a tree watching him.

"I'm not sure, a few miles maybe?"

Geo jumped violently when he heard Koby, muscles tensing as he turned around to face him. "I uh... uh..." he stumbled over words nervously.

"Do you think we might be lost?"

"It's alright, you're pretty safe here." He told him. "Well you will be if youu stay away from the water."

"Considering the directions we got were not very clear....yep."

"I just wanted to come here to read," Geo answered, "Wh- What's in the water?"

Noah just sighed deeply at that, glancing around with a grimace. "It a looks the same around here."

"Something pretty cool." He told him. "Do you believe in mermaids?"

"I agree, let's retrace our steps." She told him.

"Mermaids? No... Somethings are just too unusual to exist." Geo answered with a frown, glancing over his shoulder at the water.

"Yeah, yeah good idea." He nodded, turning around and jumping when Elijah was stood in front of them.

"Hi," Elijah grinned. "I didnt know you were coming, you are lucky you didn't get yourselves hurt, they're all a bit jumpy around here."

"Well, let me see if she's around here." He walked to the waters edge. "Lorelai?"

Rebekah smiled. "Thank Abi for telling us about your new position." SHe smiled. "My boy I am so proud of you, but I hope that you are not so very alphaish to accept a hug from your mother."

Abi was sat in their living room, she was reading a storybook before she had to go out and prepare for the incoming winter.

"Never alpha-ish, just me." Elijah chuckled, stepping over to hug his mother gently. "See, told you I'd be able to do it."

After a minute, Lorelai would of peeked out of the water, just the top of her head and her eyes showing as she glanced up at him.

Geo put the book down well away from the water, before following Koby to the waters edge.

"Hey," Madoc hummed to get her attention, placing a glass of iced water in front of her.

"We never doubted you for a second."

"Our little person here does not believe people like you exist, thought you might enjoy proving him wrong."

"Hey you, how are you feeling?" SHe asked him as she put her book down.
