Reuniting Tornedalians

"Ninetee- oh my god.." He whispered.

"Mom's right though, we need your help." Oliver told him. "I found your letter, about the thing to turn everyone normal, people are now attacking the pack because they think we have it."

"They are doing more than attacking the pack, it is deeper than that - they took away my daughters voice Chris. If you would of told us of your secret life instead of going and letting yourself die than my girl would be fine." Max told him sharply.

"You have a daughte- she.. people are.." Chris took a step back from them all with a pained groan then, overwhelmed.

"Max, calm down, I told you it wouldn't help." Jeni told him and she guided Chris into a chair.

"You and Oliver aren't exactly helping eith-"

"Stop!" Dmitri cut him off, voice sharp as one of his nostrils began to bleed. "Get out, one person to talk to him and to be in the room at a time. Fifteen minutes each. Its hard to keep him centred here when you are all putting so much pressure on."

"You heard him, out." Belle told them. "Jeni can stay first, rest of you line up outside."

Oliver looked to Belle and then Aly dragged both him and Max from the room.

Max just muttered unhappily beneath his breath, shrugging Aly's grip off of his shoulder. "Don't drag me Aly, get off."

"Thanks," Dmitri whispered to Belle before going silent and concentrating once again.

Christopher watched Max, Aly and Oliver leave before he turned his attention onto Jeni. Resting his hand on her cheek once again.

She looked up at him, she had tears in her eyes, it was hard for her to see him and know that this was their last time. "I missed you." She whispered.

Oliver looked to them when they were out of the room. "Did he really look like that?"

Belle smiled and she rested her hand on his shoulder in a soothing way.

"Not when I knew him, he was more wrinkly and gray when I knew him but based on photos of young him that I have seen then yeah. He looks like you, huh?"

Christopher touched his forehead to hers, studying her eyes quietly and whispering, "You are as beautiful as ever."

Oliver nodded. "What does the use of this magic cost Max?" He asked quietly.

She touched her forehead to his with a weak smile. "And you're just as handsome."

"The warlock asked for some hot chocolate ingredients. Seems he is just a kid really so, its an easy enough trade." Max answered with a shrug.

Christopher exhaled slowly, before whispering, "I don't want to go back. I can't find Isaac, he isn't there... here... or my parents. Its just misty and dark until I see you or Oliver for the shortest moments. Don't make me go back."

"I don't know how to keep you here." She told him, and she looked to Belle. "Is there a way?"

"I don't know."

"Okay...Seems easy."

"Please," Christopher begged quietly.

"Nothing for you to worry about," Max assured. "I can deal with it all, hm? What is going on with you and Ella?"

"I would have to ask Dimitri, but to do that he has to loose concentration, so he would go."

"Not a lot." He told him. "She's my best friend and I'm teaching her some self defence."

"Right, okay." Max hummed in response to that, smirking slightly at him.

Christopher just rested his forehead against Jeni's shoulder then.

He srugged. "It's true."

Jeni slid her arms around him. "Just wait for us, we will bring you back somehow." SHe told him.

He tangled his fingers in a light knot in her hair, swallowing thickly.

"I never said you were lying..." Max hummed, beford looking at the door to the other room. "Surely its been fifteen minutes by now. Feels like it."

"Nope it's not." Aly told him. "Only five."

Oliver sighed.

She rested her head on his shoulder.

He rested his chin on top of her head gently, whispering, "He is so big now... what is he like?"

Max sighed too.

"Why don't you meet him?" She whispered.

Aly gently touched her hand to his in comfort.

"Bring him in," Christopher agreed with a small nod.

She smiled softly. "Okay, see you soon." She kissed his cheek before she walked to the door. "Oliver, he wants to see you."

Oliver stood up straight and he walked to the door and he closed it behind him.

Christopher watched, looking him over when he walked im and whispering in greeting, "Hi there, gummy bear." Using a childhood nickname that he had given him after an incident of eating a whole share packet of sweets.

Oliver smiled. "Funnily enough, I don't like gummy bears anymore." He told him with a soft smile.

"Really?" Christopher hummed gently, "Well that's hardly surprising, you can only eat so many of them you feel sick so many times." he chuckled. Getting to his feet after a moment and holding his arms out to him.
