Aiden exhaled slowly and watched her go, placing Magnolia down onto her feet.

It didn't take long before he won, after only fifteen minutes she had fallen asleep.

He watched her sleep before he fell asleep with her.

Sometime time later, a couple of hours at the very least, Iliana returned to the stables. "Aiden?" she called out softly.

"Mm?" He hummed, popping his head out of one of the stables - in the middle of mucking out.

The next morning, after getting ready and getting Rose ready she hummed softly to Hayden. "I am going to see if Alicia is ready to go, can you take Rose to the carriage, Hayden?"

He nodded. "As you wish my lady."

Alicia's room was only across the hall but inside was a mess, soldiers had come at night and they had taken Alicia bit judging from. The mess of the room and some. Blood on the floor she ahd put up a pretty decent fight.

Rose looked up at him, about to open her mouth to ask him a question before she jumped, hearing Gwen scream as she saw the state of Alicia's room.

"I got the permission you asked for. I see you are busy so I will not keep you from your work."

"Rose, stay in here." He told her and he headed to the bedroom. "Gwen?"

"What do we do?" Gwen whined as she stares at the mess of the room, trembling. "What are we supposed to do?"

Rose frowned, wandering over to sit on the edge of the bed.

"It's fine I am nearly done. Go uh. Go choose your horse, I'll be over to tack up." Aiden whispered.

"I'm not sure, Let's get you two back to the palace."

"I am not going anywhere without Alicia. You - you take Rose back to the palace, I - I am going to head back to my own version of prison. See if it is them who took her."

She nodded, turning to have a look at the horses.

"And I'm not losing you, to get her back we would need an army."

"Go and get one then," She answered sharply, "I am going to look for my sister, I am not wasting any time going all the way back to Macedonia when anything could be happening to her! You take Rose back, I am getting my sister."

"Are you hell." He told her. "I will not lose you again, Jasper can't hurt Alicia because she's a bigger pawn in this game now, if he hurts her then nothing will stop Leo, while he has her alive and well Leo is on a leash."

"They've taken her! The forced her out of here in the middle of the night, that is already too close to hurting her!"

"He wont hurt her, he'll hold her captive but if she isn't returned in perfect condition Leo will take him out." He promised her. "Which mean you and Rose get back to Macedonia."

"But Hayden..." She whispered, not trying to be difficult just in a complete panic, scared she was going to lose her sister.

She nodded, turning to have a look at the horses.

"We need to go." He told her. "Believe me, Alicia can look after herself."

"I know she can, just like I did but that doesn't make it okay to leave her! Please don't force me to go without her... please, I can't remember the last time I was allowed a choice in where I am or what I do."
