The Secrets of Llawnech

She nodded.

"How?"

"A lot of things." She told her. "Leo and I didn't have a great relationship at the beginning when he became king." She told her.

"You ended up fine though, so it's irrelevant. Jackson and I haven't."

"Not yet, but Leo and I were exactly where you guys are now." She told her.

Emma shook her head in disagreement. "I'm going to go to bed."

Alicia nodded. "Good night Emma."

"Night," She mumbled, getting to her feet and walking away.

Alicia watched her go and she sighed softly.

The next morning, Emma would have woken up to a set of flowers on her bedside table, and a written apology from Jackson asking if they could talk if it was still an option.

Alicia was just finishing up with her breakfast, reading some letters that she had recieved from dignitaries that did not attend the party and some were invitations.

Marcus was lying beside Rose in their bed, gently drawing patterns on her stomach as he waited for her to wake up.

Alex was sat on his bed as he waited for Natasha. "What are your plans today?"

Rose blinked her eyes open just as the sun began to come in throw the window, throwing rays of light against her face that made her groan quietly.

Emma sighed when she spotted it all, heading out of the room and going searching for him.

"I was going to spend some with Alicia today,"

Marcus kissed her head. "Good morning Princess."

Jackson was sat where he had been last night, he had changed clothes and was still respectable.

"Oh cool," He told her.

Emma sat herself down beside him, whispering quietly, "You wanted to talk?"

Natasha shrugged. "Probably just going to be talking about Leo, I- I'm not overly excited for it."

He nodded. "If that's okay."

"I'm sure she'd like to talk to you about other things to." He promised.

Marcus smiled softly. "Sleep well?"

"Yeah. Go- go ahead..."

"I don't know, we'll see."

She nodded.

"I don't really know where to start." He admitted. "I...I don't know...I'm in a hole and I can't get out."

He nodded. "Shall we have breakfast together?" He asked. "I might go and spend some time with my brother, see if I can beg for his forgiveness and not get stabbed again."

Marcus kissed her lips gently. "Good, I brought you some breakfast, thought you deserved breakfast in bed for a change."

"A hole?" She asked quietly, glancing to the side to look at him then. "What do you mean? Elaborate."

"Mm, don't get stabbed again I am too busy to save you this time." She chuckled, nodding agreement to the suggestion of breakfast.

"Oh, wow I am being treated."

"The only good thing I have at the moment is that Russia is back to the height of power, my relationship with my sister is shattered and she has no idea that she and mum were the cause of why I left." He told her. "My relationship with you isn't great, not like it ever has been since I told you I was going to be king." He told her. "Both of my biological parents are dead and the only parent I had is gone and I don't know if he is alive or dead."

He smiled, kissing her cheek. "I'll be careful." He promised as he got to his feet offering her his hand. "Shall we?"

He smiled. "Of course."

"Rose can be easily fixed, all you need to do is hug her before you start speaking. She doesn't feel like you love her, Echo, she feels alone.. hug her so she knows she isn't just sit in silence with her for a while and then it can be aired out. I've told you this before, I swear it works." Emma whispered, "As for Hayden, of it is okay for him to not be here emotionally then it is okay for him to not be here physically either, right? Moving on to us... I just... feel like you don't talk to me anymore, which I've told you before - you got a letter saying your mum had died and you just... walked away from me, you assumed I didn't want to come here and be there for you. I didn't realise until that moment how much you didn't need me anymore. You don't need me... I'm the pretty little thing on your arm here when you even want to be near me and at home I am just the secret. I don't know if you love me anymore, and it's hurting me so much every day."

Natasha nodded, getting to her feet and taking his hand.

"Am I going to get this every day until the baby comes?"

"In regards to being a secret, I told you from the start that I would shout our relationship from the roof tops, you said that you weren't ready, I have been waiting for you to give me a sign to say that you want people to know." He told her. "And most of the time I don't feel like you would want to, most of the tasks I have are to be done by my Queen, you've always said that that is not something that you want." He sighed. "With Rose, all I said was hello and she screamed at me, I have a feeling that if I did just hug her I would come out with some form of injury, she's like our mother always wants to vent her pain and she wants to make assumptions about me because I don't wear my heart on my sleeve." He sighed. "And Hayden....I didn't even get a proper chance to say hello, Rose blacklisted him from everything so I couldn't say hello and be with my family."

He held her hand as they headed down for breakfast.

"Rose not speaking Hayden has literally no effect on you, and until you realise that then she is going to be mad at you. Your letting out your annoyance of Hayden onto her." Emma answered, "As for us, you skipped over the main point... you don't love me anymore, you don't show that you do."

Natasha walked in silence.

"I do love you Emma." He told her. "I wanted to use this trip. To show you, but then my plan got derailed." He told her. "But I'm not frustrated at Hayden I'm frustrated with Rose."

"I woukd rather we focus on us right now," Emma whispered. "I am sick of going around in circles talking about your sister, especially when you aren't even trying what I have told you will work."

When they go to the breakfast room they found Alicia feeding her son some. Breakfast as the nurse. Maid stayed nearby.
