“So have you guys spoken to Sarah?”

"We haven't done much of anything besides ensure that Peter was alright when we got home and went to get things for Thomas."

She nodded . “Might be a good idea to do that late

She nodded. "We plan. We're trying to get as much done as we can without overwhelming ourselves and everyone else."

He nodded

Denise passed the papers back.

She checked them ove and filled them away. “Always.”

She waited to see if there was anything else.

“Peter you can come back in now.” She spoke knowing that Oeter had been outside the door this whole time. “Now sit.” She pointed to the chair next to Denise.

She turned her head to look at him and smiled softly reaching for his hand. "Where's Thomas?" Her mama protectiveness already running high.

“He’s making good friends with Kols daughter.” Peter told her. “Those two seem to be hitting it off really well.”

Elsa smiled softly. “That child is wise beyond her years.” She told them. “Now I’m sure you know what Denise and I have spoken about, you could probably hear us.” She told him and Oeter nodded. “I know that she has thought this through but have you? I can see that something has changed in you Peter and it’s not something that is pleasant.”

She smiled. "That's wonderful. I'm glad he he has a friend." This made her very happy. Holding his hand, she rubbed her thumb back and forth, glancing over at Peter.

Peter looked to his sister. “Something has changed the bond….I’m more possessive like a lot more.”

Elsa nodded as she watched them. “At the moment it’s not an issue, but I do have a theory if you both want to hear it.”

Denise nodded. "I'm wondering if it might have anything to do with my own powers presenting themselves when they did?"

“Possibly, don’t forget what the bond is, the bond is our most primal instincts finding someone with the same traits.” Elsa told them. “It’s like You two are dated mates, the bond making your basic needs more pronounced.” She concluded. “Peter you’re naturally an alpha male personality, you always have been and with your other form being so animalistic your protective instinct with your mate if you will are going to be harder to ignore.” She looked to Denise. “I’d imagine that because your powers aren’t that well known to you yet that Peters protectiveness is linked to it ready to defend you at a seconds notice, but the more you come into your power the more you should feel as he does.”

"What do you mean feel as he does? I already feel as he does..." she wasn't sure what Elsa was saying exactly since she felt that she was extremely protective over Peter.

“Uncontrollable need for closeness for…well for a better word….sex.”

Denise just looked at Peter but said absolutely nothing else, trying to hold back a smirk.

“Elsa you’re making this sound like mating season.” Peter told her.

“Essentially that is what you’re going through.” Elsa shrugged. “It happens.”

"We'll be okay, we've been handling it alright so far."

“Just be careful, and maybe keep pepper spray in your bag?” She suggested

Now she arched a brow at that.

“There might be times that you don’t want him trying to jump your bones.” Elsa explained. “Now let’s go and show little Thomas to the family.”

She crinkled her nose up at that but said nothing, rising to her feet and reaching for his hand.

Peter slid his hand into hers almost immediately and he pulled her close bringing her back to where he left Thomas playing on the porch with Kol and his daughter
