Immortal Mansion

She held his hand tightly like she always did, staying right at his side.

“Looks like we are ready to go, shall we?” Kol asked the kids and Peter picked Thomas up as Kol picked his daughter up.

Denise smiled. "Did you have fun?" she asked the two little ones.

They both nodded moving to hold hands Eventhough they were both carried by their dads

(What is Kol and Maddison's daughters name? LOL)

Denise thought this was the cutest thing ever!

Elsa smiled softly as she watched them before they all headed in to join the rest of the family finding them all in the lounge. “Family,” she spoke softly. “We have a new member of the family joining us.”

Denise stayed close to Peter's side and to Thomas.

Grace and Ariadne both perked up hearing this and their mouths fell open when they saw Peter and Denise walk in carrying Thomas.

Deanna watched them and she frowned as she saw her daddy carrying another child.

Brooke looked very confused as well and reached for her daughter when she saw her frowning.

Bo looked a bit confused but she smiled a little at the small child.

Madison was rather confused, especially to see her daughter already holding the little boys hand.

Nate looked around in confusion wondering if he had missed something but it appeared he hadn't as everyone else was as lost as he was about this.

Denise smoothed a hand over their sons hair but before she could say anything little Rosalie perked right up. "Hims iz name iz Tomaz." she was still working on her speech but she got the point across.

Kol smiled softly at Rosalie. “He is Oeters biological son and there is quite a story attached to this young man so Peter and Denise will be able to explain.”

“Can I hold him?” Ariadne asked eagerly.

"We will be leaving that up to Thomas, he's only been home with us since yesterday and he may get overwhelmed so please don't get upset if he doesn't come to you right away," she told them all but she wasn't at all saying that Thomas couldn't go to anyone he wanted to or they couldn't hold him.

Thomas looked over at her and she nodded holding his hands out to her smiling slightly as Ariadne held him gently.

Peter smiled softly.

“So what happened?” Sarah asked.

Peter told them the story of everything that had happened ed

Denise watched Thomas, glad that he seemed comfortable around them so far but she kept her mind open to him just in case he did get overwhelmed. As Peter talked she kept a hold of his hand, to keep both of their emotions in check as best as possible.

Sarah nodded as she listened. “So this is your son because your father was a jerk?” She asked.

Peter nodded. “Pretty much.” He told her.

Deanna walked over to Ariadne as she held Thomas and Ariadne got down on her knees so that Deanna could see him too.

"If you want to be that nice about it," Denise nodded.

Brooke watched Deanna to see how she was going to react to this news.

Deanna looked to Thomas as Ariadne put him on the ground with her. “He’s my daddy.” She told him. “You can’t take my daddy.” She told him quietly and Thomas looked to her not fully understanding her.

Brooke sighed. "Deanna, be nice. Peter is Thomas's daddy but Peter still loves you and will be around for you." She looked at Peter.

Peter moved to kneel on the floor beside the kids. “Of course I do.” He promised.

“Big sister.” Thomas spoke and he held his arms out to hug her.

As he went to hug her Deanna pushed him away so that he lost his balance and fell back. As he fell Deanna noticed his bracelet and she grabbed it causing Thomas form to shift as he landed on the floor.

Denise smiled softly at Thomas to see the connection that he was trying to make and she was very proud but instinct took over and when his bracelet was pulled off and he fell over, she protectively scooped him up into her arms to cradle him.

Brooke doing the same with Deanna but for a different reason. "Whoa, Dee.. we don't push. Pushing isn't a nice thing to do even if we are upset. And we don't take something that isn't ours so please give Thomas back his bracelet." She was trying to keep her calm remembering how to use different tones with her daughter.

“Mummy why does he look like that?” Deanna asked not giving the bracelet back yet as she watched Thomas eyes change colour and his scales come out.

Ariadne m, Sarah and Grace all looked on watching NY the situation.

Peter watched them, and Thomas started to cry as everyone watched the poor boy seeming to have a flashback to when he was in the labs.

Brooke took the bracelet from her hand and held it out to Peter. "I-"

"Tomaz iz um izard? I wikes um. No's cwies.." Rosalie told him patting him feet.

"Yes, the bracelet helps Thomas stay in his human form. It's alright, everything is alright," she tried to calm her son.

“He looks like a freak.” Deanna told her mummy which just made Thomas cry more.

Everyone was quiet as Thomas cried just listening to him cry and Denise try to console him. It was so quiet that everyone heard Grace and Ariadne gasp when Peter suddenly took his own band off showing his own form.

Denise frowned a bit but she knew Deanna was a little girl. She sat on the floor so she could hold Thomas on her lap and little Rosalie came over and tried to sit with them.

"Hims not! I wikes him.. maybes yous iz jealumous!" Rosalie told Deanna.

"Rosa, no more arguing.. sit nice with Thomas, hm?" Madison told her daughter softly.

Denise gave Peter a warm loving very supportive smile.

Peter knelt down next to Thomas and Thomas seemed to brighten up at seeing his father.

Deanna poured. “Butbhe does.”

Kol watched his daughter and he was proud.

"Deanna that will be enough, we don't talk like that." Brooke said more sternly but she was still being gentle.

Rosalie turned her back on Deanna who she normally looked up and looked at Thomas. "Iz touch, peas?" She held her hand out to him. She wanted to see how his scales felt.
