How Long Do We Hide For?

Hermione lay back on her bed as her kitten came and joined her and she threw the pregnancy test in the bin. "I'm scared Shadow."

Dallas laughed when rather suddenly a girl had him pinned, "Get off of me, pup,"

"Your only older then me by two years,"

"Which makes you a pup,"

"Dallas, I'm really sorry." She whispered, before she got her phone and she sent him a text telling him that she was sorry, and also why she had said it and she also wished him luck at the surfing.

((text says:

Dallas, I'm really sorry about how I just acted. I'm just scared and what you asked about it being yours made me feel upset and like you didn't trust me. I'm really really sorry and I love you. Good luck in Australia, I know you're going to win.))

The girl just frowned at him, hitting him over the head playfully before glancing to his phone when it went off, "That your girlfriend?"

"Probably," Dallas shrugged, shoving her off of him.

"Aren't youu going to read it."

"Later,"

Hermione sighed knowing that he wouldn't text back, before she got ready to go for a ride and she stroed her kitten before giving the kitchen some milk and tieing her hair up, before she left her flat and headed to her brother's place.

"Trouble in paradise?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"You could call it that," Dallas shrugged, getting to his feet and grabbing his surfboard before heading to the water.

Hermione walked to Shadow's stall. "Come on Shadow, let's start training." She saddled him up, before she led him out into the paddock.

The girl watched Dallas go into the water before smirking and grabbing his phone, reading the text and texting back rather spiteful, just to stir up trouble because she was bored; Oh quit it you're moaning. I'm not going to be coming back, by the way. We're done. I'm happy here

Hermione had left her phone in her bag which was inside the stables and she was just riding slowly around the paddock with Shadow. "Come on boy, take it easy."

The girl deleted the text that was in the sent section so Dallas didn't know she'd messed with his phone before putting it down where it had been. Glancing around to make sure the beach was still empty she shifted into a fox and headed towards the water.

After a few laps around the paddock, Hermione brought him some food and she got her bag, seeing the text, she froze, before she felt tears falling down her cheeks. "If that is how you see me acting then forget about seeing the baby." She text him back before she went back to Shadow and he nuzzled her seeing her tears.

Coming back from a quick surf, Dallas tilted his head to the side at seeing the text, texting back; What do you mean if that's how I see you acting? x

You're the one texting me, saying: Quit it You're moaning I'm not coming back, by the we're done I'm happy here. She text him, before she threw her phone on her bag and she hugged Shadow as she started crying.

Dallas tilted his head to the side, going back through his phone to his sent messages and frowning at finding nothing. Deciding to just ring her.

Hermione looked at her phone and ust before it went to voicemail, she answered it. "What? Come to gloat how much better life is without me?"

"I don't know what you're on about, Hermione." Dallas replied with a frown, "Unless one of the pack got to my phone whilst I was surfing and done it just to be nasty. But I swear I sent you nothing like that."

"Well it looks legit." She sniffed. "I'm scared Dallas."

"I know whom sent it to you, she's an idiot pup that likes to cause trouble. I didn't send that to you though, I promise." Dallas replied before frowning a bit and whispering, "You don't have to be scared,"

"You won't be here to help me, so of course I'm scared." She told him. "I love you so much Dallas."

"I'll come home a month before it's due," Dallas promised quietly.

"Don't you have to stay and sort things out with your surfing?" She asked him quietly.

"The first stage of the competition is tomorrow and the waves here are too different, I can't get the hang of riding them and I have some horrible competition. I'll probably get knocked down at the first hurdle and besides, I'm not letting you go through it alone."

"You can't get the hang of everything first time." She sighed. "Your pack won't be happy about you coming back."

"I don't care,"

"I hope you are to get here, before it happens." She told him.
