Alessia grimaced, taking a hesitant step closer to the portal - peering down into it.

Suddenly a creature appeared to climb out of the portal, he was a good looking man, wearing a dark shirt and pants his hair dark and a well groomed beard on his face

Alessia raised an eyebrow, hand automatically reaching out to help the man up onto his feet. "Oh. Hello."

“Hello Alessia.” He smiled showing sharp teeth his eyes crimson red as he kissed her hand

"You somehow know my name, but I don't know yours." Alessia answered, the only motion she made showing her discomfort at the kiss was a slightly larger rise and fall of her shoulders.

“Now I am hurt, had he not mentioned me?” He nodded to Damian. “Aren’t you going to introduce me?”

“Alessia this is Thorin…my father.” Damian explained

"Ah," Alessia whispered in understanding, finally retreating to stand just behind Damian. Gently gripping his upper arm, her gaze staying on Thorin. "It's nice to meet you."

“I’m very surprised, that little bitch certainly did a number on you.” Thorin spoke as he circled his son. “Missing some memories I see,”

A soft moan slipped past her lips as she pressed herself firmly against him.

He moved a hand gently down her body to her waist as he moved to kiss her neck and shoukders

"Would you like to come inside to catch up?" Alessia asked, pressing herself a little bit more into Damian's side as the circling made her anxieties grow. "The seats are comfortable."

“Firstly I’m going to put his memories back,” his father told him

"It's a lot to overwhelm him with all at once." Alessia warned quietly. "He deserves rest first, before any more trauma, don't you think?"

He was met with another soft moan, and she tilted her head to the side to give him more room.

“Best to do it now whilst the wounds are fresh, causes more trauma to reopen closed wounds.”

Damian looked between them. “Do it…I hate not remembering.”

She swallowed thickly, glancing to Thorin cautiously. Waving her hands in defeat, and tiredly creating distance between them all. Sitting herself down instead, a few meters away on a bench.

“You’re sure this is the one you wanted to settle down with?” Thorin asked him. “I think I’ve just ruined her chances to control your mind.”

“Dad you don’t know her,” Damian told him. “From what I know of her she’s not like that.” He told him. “Just give me a minute.” He looked to Alessia. “Alessia please.”

Alessia sighed, getting uo and making her way over once more. "Yes?"

“I want to remember,” he told her. “But I don’t want to remember us, not as we were…something tells me that you weren’t happy with us.” He continued. “Do you think you could love me again?”

"You don't want to remember us?" Alessia's voice broke, face contorting to a pained expression. "I- No, no what is this? Am - am I the one stuck in some kind of hellscape? Please stop. I'm tired."

“I want to remember us as friends and start again.” He explained

"You can't pick and choose memories, that isn't fair. That just hurts." She almost whimpered. "Decide what you want and- and do it but if - if- I feel sick. This is too much."
