"I come to the coffee shop quite a lot." He told her. "And I'm not entirely sure how toword it, but your...Aura is always so light and fun."

"Not me, no. You must be confused."

"Nope, pretty sure it's you, I'd remember a name as unique as yours."

"Parker? I swear my parents wanted a boy." She scoffed

“It’s better than mine.”

"What is yours?"

“Soren.”

"It's Danish; means strict, severe or stern."

“Yeah I am none of those.” He assured her

"Named after a relative?"

“Possibly, my mum was danish so I could have been.”

"That'll be it then, so, not weird."

“The weird part is I’m Canadian.” He told her

"Mm, no. No not weird."

He smiled. “Anyway, coffee?” He asked. “And you can turn me down if you want.”

“Okay, what else do you like?” He asked in curiosity. “There’s a new cookie dough cafe up the road.” He suggested

"I don't like sweet things, just... we can just meet in the park if you like, take a walk through the forest."

“Sounds good to me.”

"Okay I uh.. I finish at five."

“See you at five.”

She nodded

He took his coffee and sat in his usual table in the corner with Marcus
