"Like you said... it was nessecary." Abigail whispered quietly, "And you didn't let me come because you didn't want me seeing, I assume, didn't want me to see you killing them. You were just trying to protect me." Sighing softly, she rested her hand on the side of his face, using her thumb to rub his cheek "And maybe you didn't want me waiting in the car because you might of been feeling guilty when you sat back in and your stubborn and dont like showing people you care. You done what you thought was best by not letting me come, can't be mad at you. None of this your fault."

"You're not normal. At all. Necessary or not, I still did it, you should feel at least a bit of anger or resentment at me."

Tatia shifted so that she was laying on his lap, looking up at him. She gently brushed the side of his face with one of her hands.

"I'm just upset." Abigail whispered, "I'm angry at Dan for getting the others involved into it, I'm angry at Dan for even coming here in the first place, I'm angry at Klaus for making hybrids in the first place. I'm angry that he asked you to kill them instead of getting off his lazy arse and doing it himself, putting the guilt onto you. I'm annoyed and upset that you didn't let me say goodbye to them, not even let me wait in that bloody car, I'm angry you let me come here and be by myself when I just saw my big brother get killed but you done what you thought was best and I'm telling myself that because your all I have and my family didn't care about me anyway... They never did... You do, you care. I'm not going to let myself push you away when none of this is your fault."

Tatia smiled as she moved her hand from his face to run through his hair, though she soon rested it on the side of his face again. "What did I do to deserve you hmm?" she asked quietly, but also with a hint of seriousness.

Kol sighed. "You should go get some sleep."

Abigail shook her head in the negative, resting her head on his shoulder and whispering, "You need to tell me how you're feeling now."

Tatia moved her other hand, so both of them were gently holding his face as she kissed him back just as deeply. She arched herself slightly so she wasn't laying on his lap any more, to make it so that he didn't have to lean down as much.

Tatia moved one of her hands to tangle her fingers in his hair as she gasped softly at the feeling of him kissing down her neck.

"M'glad you don't feel bad." She whispered, voice no really having any emotion in it. After a few moments of silence she whispered, "I love you," closing her eyes and hoping he'd say it back, hoping after five years he'd know if it was just infactuation or not. Searching for that little bit of comfort in knowing, knowing it'd make the day feel less horrible. Though, she didn't expect him too.

Abigail laid down on her side of the bed, staring at the opposite wall in silence. Not feeling like falling asleep at all really. Every so often glancing towards the door to see if he'd lay beside her or not.
