He wrinkled his nose. "I'll just see what happens..."

"Mm, how are they? What did they say?" Klaus asked quietly.

Sarai got out without a word, grabbing her suitcase and heading inside.

Malvolio nodded.

"M' just gonna go home.." He muttered yawning.

"Good... My dad was as grumpy as ever but he hugged me and told me he loved me. My mum... I got to have a relationship with her I've never had.... I got to be a child again, as strange as it sounds but I was married out at thirteen, I never got to fully complete my transition from a child to an adult, I snapped straight from one to the other and I think that's partially why I was so mentally unstable. Because I never had that smoothness." Tatia whispered. "I learned a lot about myself away from who I am as a mother. I can't remember exactly all the conversations we had, my memory's been skewed, whoever or whatever's up there doesn't want anything particular being remembered. But I think I've solved some of my issues."

"One room or two?" Lucas asked.

"I don't care, if we're here for a while though remember my work hours are mad so I'll be setting alarms at stupid times." Sarai whispered.

"What did you learn about yourself?" Klaus asked.

"I'll come with you." Malvolio replied.

"That I'm not as weak as I thought I was. I live in the past too much..."

"I'd rather stay with you and know you're safe."

"I've been telling you that you're not as weak as you think you are for decades…"

"If you want to get woken up a stupid hours then that's fine." She replied with a quiet laugh, "I'm not a sick little kid anymore though, Luc."

"I survived as much as I did. And from my perspective I always thought I was weak and pathetic but when I looked at it from the outside... Birth, death. Love, heartbreak. The tears and the laughter, from me and our children, facing Adam, witches, facing hunters and even myself at times. And I cracked, but I never fully shattered. And I never realised that before, I may have nearly lost my mind a few times but I never truly did. And I realise how hard I worked to keep going on, and I guess I should've credited myself for it more." Tatia whispered before adding jokingly, "if not all that, the fact I've managed to retain my figure after ten children means I'm strong. And is something I'm proud of."

Lucas flinched at that. "No but you're still my baby sister who I worry about."

"Yeah well…. I worry about you too." Sarai whispered, frowning at his flinch.

Klaus laughed a little bit and gave a nod in response to that, sliding an arm around her waist and kissing her on the lips gently.

((Night))

"I need to be nicer to myself and maybe I'll feel better." Tatia whispered as she snuggled into him

"I'll be okay Sarai."

"I'm glad you've finally realised that, it's a little upsetting that you never truly believed me though." Klaus whispered quietly in response to that.

"You always say that, even when you're not okay."

He nodded. "How'd you tell mom what you were?" He asked walking towards the house.

"Ask her and she'll tell you."

He sighed walking into the house.

"Well I do now. And you should believe the same of yourself."

"I'm being serious Matteo."

"What makes you think I don't?" Klaus asked.

"The look on your face just then."

Klau just shrugged subtly in response to that, pressing his lips to her cheek gently.

Matteo looked over his shoulder at him. "Alright."

He was silent as he followed him into the house .

He went through the house looking for Trin to find her outside in the yard reading.

Malvolio sat himself beside Trinity, wrapping an arm around her waist and kissing the side of her head.

Trinity smiled right away shifting closer, turning her head to kiss him softly. "Well hello there"

Matteo watched them both in silence.

"Mm, hello." Malvolio hummed.

"Where have you both been?" she asked glancing from one to the other.
