Tuesday rest against the headboard, gently combing her fingers through his hair.

"Between Kai, Scareth and Scarlet? I'm not too sure actually..."

"Of course I do."

"Jessica, I'm not concerned about that. All I see from this is a chance to experience the person I love on a more intimate level. I'm not going to judge you. I'm not going to judge how this entire endeavour turns out. I'm just thankful for the chance to have you here, with me, right now. And I wouldn't change that." Death reached down to cup her face in his hand, brushing his thumb against her cheek. "Do not think my sitting up means that I am nervous, or regretting my decision. I just wanted to see all of you, the places I haven't yet seen." He leaned down to kiss her, his other hand shifting to gently move past her waist.

"It is quite confusing isn't it."Scarlet told him.

Rachel smiled.

Jess listened to what he had to say, gently touching his face as she did, just to be intimate, before she kissed him back, a small noise of content slid from her lips as he touched below her waist.

"A little. I suppose it's my fault for being so stubborn so long ago, and tying my soul to the realm."

"I feel like everyone's leaving the nest," Tuesday murmured. "Soon, the house will be empty."

"Mmhmm." Faye hummed in agreement and made her way to the door.

"Did you want to rest like this, or are you not tired?" Kai asked softly.

Death gradually deepened the kiss, now moving his hand almost roughly against her, though he was clearly taking account of her responses to make sure he didn't hurt her.

Scarlet looked at him. "I'm glad you did."

Rosco went with her.

"I'm not that tired yet, but can we stay like this?"

Jess matched her kiss to his, moaning in pleasure at his touch.

"Some people are and some people aren't. I'm glad you're in the first category."

"Soon enough, Faye and Rosco will no doubt find their own place. When Alarick finds someone he loves, he'll leave too. It's getting pretty empty. Kai, Scareth and Penelope already don't live here."

"I'm not sure Kai will be happy to see me because he's a bitter little thing but I'd like to see Rachel anyway, I think."

"I don't mind," Kai hummed in reply.

"I would like to confirm one more time that are happy with this situation," Death murmured, pressing his lips to her neck as he moved his hands to undo his trousers.

She smiled, kissing his lips.

"It will take a while for Faye to leave."

Rosco nodded, knocking on Kai's front door.

Rachel groaned softly. "I'll get it."

Jess hesitated before she nodded.

"Yeah... Yeah okay."

Jason nodded, going to his discarded clothes from the shower to dig out his phone, wiping the worst of the blood off and scrolling through his contacts before pressing 'call' for Ian.

Cain softly kissed her back before he quietly grumbled at his phone starting to ring.

"Are you sure? I don't like to think she might leave so soon..."

"It's a bit of a hit and miss with Kai. But I still wish to show Rachel," Faye mumbled.

"No, no, you stay here and rest. I can get it."

Death kissed her softly once more as they faded to black.

Whilst he did that, indigo went and got him some clean clothes, laying them on the bed besides him.

((Ah okay haha, I'm good, tired because I've had to work double time to boost my predicted grades up but I've managed to do it, getting a CDE boosted to a BBB so I'm happy haha, you?))

((I'm okay. I've been having trouble with my back for a few weeks now, a sciatic thing. Every time I take a step I get really bad pain in my hips that spread down my legs straight to my feet. I'll be able to boost my CCC to a BBC by redoing my two AS exams and, hopefully with my A Level results, I might get Bs to As so I'm quite tired lol. I get Wednesdays off though!))

Scarlet sighed. "You're brother sucks." She told him randomly and she pulled out Ian/Cain's phone from his pocket, holding it just out of reach. "You can only answer this on one condition."

"Trust me, that won't be soon."

"Then we shall."

"Okay, be nice to whoever it is."

Jess kissed him as she faded to black.

"I don't understand why he takes so long to answer a phone," Jason murmured to himself. "I've never been this neglectful."

"Jason," Cain sighed softly. "It's been a while since we've spoken. What is your condition?"

"I just feel as it will be." Tuesday shrugged. "It'll sort of remind me, at the beginning, when we just got together. An empty house and old memories of what was before."

Faye nodded quickly, squeezing his fingers nervously.

"I will be the epitome of politeness," Kai replied, though it was difficult to tell if he was being sarcastic.

"1 kiss, but a proper one not just a peck on the lips."

"Yeah, back when it was just us, no kids, no anything really, and I could enjoy you every minute of every day with no interruptions."

"I'm warning you Kai." She told him playfully.

Rosco squeezed her hand in return.

((I only have one day where I'm in from opening to closing, all my Other days i either start late or finish early so I can't complain haha))

Indigo listened in quietly.

((I'm in 11:30 to 16:00 on Mondays, 9:00-16:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays, and 9:00 to 12:00 on Thursdays - longer if I want to get work done in the library))

"Then I will have to answer the phone first, because such a kiss would last so long the call will end," Cain replied, stepping forward and plucking the phone from her grasp with relative ease, swiping across to answer it with a curt, crisp, "Hello? Ah, not quite. It's Cain."

"Oh, you're being a sly one phrasing it like that," Tuesday swatted his shoulder gently and playfully.

"I'm sure you are," Kai rolled his eyes as he replied and opened the door, seeming quite surprised at who it was.

"H-Hey Kai," Faye smiled weakly at him. "Can we come in? It's just a quick stop, just to chat."

"...Sure." Kai said after a pause, stepping aside to let them in and eyeing them with a little wariness.

"Ian," Jason sighed in almost relief as he was answered, and then his face pinched at being corrected. "Well, you or him, it doesn't matter. Can we talk? It's important. I-It's about Jadon. Him and the family."

((12-4 Monday, 11:20 -1 Tuesday, 11-4 Wednesday, 8:50-1 Thursday and 8:50 till 4 on Friday, but I have one lesson first period and one lesson last period, so I have all day to do all my work haha))

Indigo ran her hand up his arm to sooth him,

Rosco went inside with her and at seeing Faye, Rachel tried to pull herself up.

((I only ever have to wait an hour and a half between lessons so it isn't that bad lol))

"Look, I'd rather not talk about it on the phone. Can we come round? Indigo too..." Jason immediately leaned towards her touch, twisting himself to rest his head against her.

"I will ask," Cain replied and then turned to Scarlet. "Jason wishes to visit, with Indigo. It is a matter concerning Jadon and our family. Your opinion on this?"

"Was there anything you had planned for today though?" Tuesday asked, relaxing against the bed.

---

"Oh, Rachel darling, don't worry about getting up," Faye sounded concerned. "It's just a quick social visit. We have others to see too, honey. Stay there."

Kai moved to Rachel's side, as if retreating away from Faye and Rosco, still looking wary. He hadn't seen much of Rosco before and so wasn't trusting of him, eyes narrowed and upper lip twisted as if he wanted to snarl.

"Two dark angels who despise each other in the same room, yeah what could go wrong?" She asked, her pout almost turned into a snarl at the mention of indigo and her wings bristled.

Rachel nodded, gently touched Kai's hand when she was finally sat up. "I have something to tell you two, but it's best I do get up, or Kai might try and rip Rosco apart." Rachel told her, forcing herself to her feet.

Indigo kissed his cheek.

"It is of importance, Scarlet, by the sound of his voice," Cain murmured, pressing the phone to his shoulder to keep their conversation from Jason and Indigo. "It will only be a short while and if need be, you can talk with Vivian, or spend time with the children." To Jason he replied, "She is not happy but I am accepting At what time do you want to come by?"

Tuesday nodded quietly, resting an arm over her eyes sighing quietly.

"Kai has always been quite primal and instinctive hasn't he?" Faye murmured, taking a half step closer to Rosco.

Kai immediately curled an arm around Rachel, keeping her to the side and slightly behind him as he twisted his body to face Faye and Rosco better, eyes not leaving Rosco.

"He said it's okay. What time do you want us to go around?" Jason mumbled to Indigo, moving to nuzzle her cheek almost absently but most definitely affectionately.

Scarlet looked at him, she was really unhappy, and even the lights were going haywire with the charge she was giving off.

"What do you wish to tell us Faye?" Rachel asked her, walking back around Kai.

Afterwards, Jess was lying in bed, the blankets pulled up to her chest, she was lightly dozing.
