Immortal Mansion

He slid an arm around her as the Doctor looked at the test and she wrote down the result.

"Well Brook, it seems that you are indeed pregnant, and the date corresponds with your accident a few weeks ago." The Doctor told her. "So I will need to write you a prescription for some vitamins for you to take once a day to help the baby develop."

She waited for him. "Ready for a butt kicking?"

Brook's smile faded and she looked at the floor her arms dropping from around Peter as she sat up.

"You wish princess."

Peter looked at her. "What do you want to do?"

She raised an eyebrow. "You're definately going down Joker."

"I'd like to see you try." He laughed.

She was shaking badly her gaze set on the floor unable to answer.

"Come on Brook, look at me." Peter told her, before he gave up and he looked at the Dr. "Can she make another appointment to come back and you can discuss it, she needs time to think."

"Of course." The Dr gave him Brook's appointment card, and Peter managed to get Brook out of the room.

"Alright then, you can take the first go."

Brook had to be pulled along her eyes brimming with tears.

He agreed taking the first go which was horrible.

When they were in the car he stood on the road next to her seat in the car, he could see that she was about to cry, and he wanted to be there for her, so he sat her in her seat and waited.

Athena took her go and she done a little better.

"I-I'm sorry..." was all she managed before she desolved into tears.

He gave the next hole a try doing bwtter.

"You have nothing to be sorry for." Peter told her.

Athena kept playing and at the last hole, they were both drawn.

Brook cried harder backing away and shaking her head.

He took three strikes to get the ball in.

Athena ended up taking only two strikes.

Brook it's okay we will deal with this."

"Nice Athena," he grinned at her.

She shook her head. "No, no. I cant...I cant..."

"Brook , look at me." Peter told her, moving his hands on either side of her face so she couldn't move away. "It's all going to be okay."

Athena smiled. "Told you it would be an ass kicking."

Nate rolled his eyes Laughing. "You won by one point."

She tried to look away and when she couldn't just cried.

He looked at her, kissing her forehead. "Come on, lets get you home."

"So?" She shrugged.

"So you didn't kick my butt you barely won." He teased.

She nodded sniffling.

"No I kicked your butt because I won."

He held the car door open for her.

Nate rolled his eyes laughing. "Yeah, yeah."

She got in and slumped down into her seat.

He got in the river's seat and he drove them home, but not before he picked up her favourite ice cream like he promised.

She smiled.

Brook managed a tiny smile for him but it was clear she wanted nothing more then to cry again.

He tucked her hair behind her ear. "Where to now?"

She shrugged with a laugh.

Peter pulled up outside of the house.

He laughed.

She got out and wandered off inside to her room.

Peter sighed as he watched her go before he went off to find Kol and he knocked on the door to his and Madison's room. "Kol, I need to talk to you."

Kol was busy showering Madison's neck in kisses as they cuddled up together in bed but he stopped hearing almost desperation from Peter. "Alright Peter, I'm coming."

She smiled..

She went straight to her room and laid on the bed curling up into a ball and hugging her very old stuffed turtle not realizing be hadn't followed.

Madison sighed in content but when she heard Peter she gave Kol a small push to the door with a nod.

He smiled back.

Kol got out of bed and threw a pair of jeans on and he opened the door. "What's the matter?"

Peter told him everything. "I don't know how to help her."
