Persephone glanced over her shoulder to smirk at her. "Ah, your conversation didnt get that in depth?"

"No? We talked about different things."

"Mm, right. I won't say anymore than that then." Persephone smirked.

"Mm." Apollo nodded.

She eyed her. "What?"

"So what else can you do?"

Persephone just raised an eyebrow at her. "What?"

"Basically just that, for me. Persephone can do other things."

"What's with that smirk?"

"Oh?"

"I specialise in... Bringing back from the dead, wholly, fully. With all will and independance. Persephone is.. Darker.. She can bring back the soul, it doesnt need the originally body; so she can shove a species in another species, conjure up demonic looking things and the ones she brings back are hers. She can do what she wants with them, they have no choice."

Delaney wrinkled her nose. "Well thanks for that note of confidence."

"Seriously? She doesn't... uh... seem like the type?" He made a face. "Pribably a bad choice of words there but yeah."

"I love butterflies, they're beautiful so there is no need to take it as a criticsm."

"Persephone is a viper. Be careful of her."

"Should we go out and search for them? They are taking a long time." Cain mused, looking out of the window.

"It wasn't so much being like a butterfly but how you said it.."

He raised an eyebrow. "I think she's loads of fun."

"They're probably exploring the forest or something," Serena replied walking over to join him.

"Or they've gotten lost,"

"Oh don't be so sensitive," Persephone replied with an eye roll.

"Mm, some peoole think vipers are fun. "

"That's very likely."

She wrinkled her nose.

"She seemed fine to me."

"How about I go and search and you wait here in case they arrive while I am out looking?"

"Don't say I didnt warn you. Besides, your sister is worried about you so.. Come on."

She nodded. "Be careful and call if anything happens."

He rolled his eyes. "She's always worried. Makes herself sick half the time."

Laney watched a fish swimming in the stream.

"Come on then, don't make it any worse for her." Apollo hummed, walking down the river; hoping he would follow.

Persephone watched her, before moving her gaze to the fish.

Cain nodded, kissing her cheek before heading out

He got to his feet following silently.

Laney inched closer to be able to watch it better.

She smiled closing the door behind him.

"It has a strange mark on its fin, hm?" Persephone mused lightly.

"I have returned a Dallas to you," Apollo called over when Laney came into sight.

"Mhmm, I like it," she agreed with a nod of her head, turning when she head Apollo and smiling. "Dallas!"

Dallas laughed shaking his head.

"So, can we agree to have no more scaling down cliffs from now on?" Apollo asked.

"Can we agree that we don't show off with fish?" Persephone replied sharply, glaring at Apollo.

Delaney looked completely confused.

Dallas looked between them silently.

Cain was soon stood a little aways from the four of them, whistling to get Delaney and Dallas' attention. "Your late."

Persephone tensed when she heard Cain's voice, tugging her sleeve down to cover a mark that had began to glow upon his presence.

"What's sh-" Delaney had started to ask Apollo when Cain arrived.

"Late for what?"

"For dinner," He hummed. "Serena has been stressing about the bread burning all day, she's had me peeling potatoes. I am terrible at that, it has taken a long time." he smiled widely. "Say bye to your friends, lets go."

Delaney nodded, getting to her feet.

Dallas wrinkled his nose. "I'll see you around?" He looked at Persephone.

"Tonight. Here. I have places to show you." Persephone answered with a warm smile, though her eyes showed pain as she fidgetted with her sleeve.

Apollo looked from his sister to Cain and back again. Shifting his weight uncomfortably.

"Quick," Cain called to them. "Or the house won't smell of freshly made bread anymore and that is the best smell there is."
