Astrid deepened the kiss, closing her eyes as she moved her hand up to brush her fingertips through his hair affectionately.

"So... my mums invited us to New Orleans for the weekend. I spoke to Jay and he's going.... do you want to come with me?" Karina asked as she sat down on the couch by Noah, passing him a bowl of pasta.

Karina smiled. "New Orleans is supposed to be good for touristy stuff."

"You are. These just are horrific. Where did you even get them?"

"I read a paper every now and then," Tamara whispered, "So I make sure that I can keep up with the words you use, so I understand little bits and pieces when you tell me about work. I have an interest in you, so I have an interest in it."

"I've been doing it for years," Tamara whispered, "If I thought it was that boring I would of stopped by now, you know I like to learn new things. It doesn't matter what field it's in."
