"Stop it." Klaus mumbled. "Does it matter? She's going through a hard time. Why are you even considering not going there to see be there if our granddaughter dies or not?"

"Because I'm tired of Mica, Nik! I'm tired of being her scapegoat when things go wrong in life. I'm tired of her ringing me up just to shout and scream at me! And I'm tired you making out like she can do no fucking wrong and she's an angel with a halo upon her head and wings sprouting from her back and I'm the devil with the pitchfork! It wont do Maddie any good if I turn up there and Mica starts screaming at me, the hospital isn't the right place for it." Tatia got up, grabbing her dressing gown and headed downstairs.

"Because all Mica wants is her mum, Tatia! We always let the others scream and let it all out, you've just decided to paint Mica as the villain since she swapped the ashes and it's time you got over that! Me and you are suppose to be the people to be there no matter what! The fact she phones you when her life is going bad just means she loves you!"

"No it doesn't! She called me to tell me how shit I was. Which she did again. That's the only reason she's ever called me. I cannot keep being there for her when I'm just there for her to yell at and take her anger out on. I'm sorry it makes you think less of me but I'm not strong enough for that anymore. And don't you dare tell me to get over what she did when you were just as hurt as I was. When you were saying you could never forgive her and you hated her for it. We could've lost our only chance at getting Vanessa back! She was willing to risk that!"

"She only yelled at you when you made out like us telling Lucas for her was too much of her to ask! She responds and lashes out when you hurt her, Tatia, thats all she does! I do hate her, I won't ever forgive her but she's still our daughter! Her children are still our grandchildren! They matter! Even if Mica doesn't to you anymore. I'm going to go down there, without you." Klaus mumbled, "I can't put up with the same old argument again and again. While I'm there I'm going to look into bringing Ana back so she has someone who doesn't hate her."

Tatia recoiled at that, visibly hurt. "You bring her back and we're over." she swallowed thickly before leaving the room, grabbing some shoes and walking out of the compound.

Klaus rolled his eyes at that, getting to his feet and heading down to his studio quietly.

Can I stay at yours please? Tatia sent to Henrik

You don't even need to ask, of course. What's wrong? What's happened now? Or would you rather wait until you got here? The house is more or less already clean for you, it's only me here now. Henrik text back.

Tatia walked in a few hours later, looking around.

Henrik was in the kitchen, quietly making himself a coffee. Having taken down every photo of himself and Dakota and put them all in a box in the hallway, the only remaining photos being of the kids.

"Hi honey..."

"Hey, want a coffee?"

"Please... yeah."

Henrik passed her the coffee he was making before boiling the kettle so he could make himself another one

"Thank you..."

"What happened?"

"Your father has decided to resurrect his old girlfriend. I patiently await the divorce papers."

"Ana? Why?"

"Because Mica only rings me to tell me I'm Satan and I'm not strong enough to deal with it anymore. So of course Klaus decides to toss me aside and bring back the old model."

Henrik just let out a small sigh, whispering, "Well you can stay here as long as you want to, it'll be nice to have the company."

"Thank you." Tatia whispered, kissing his forehead.

"Love you."
