Reuniting Tornedalians

"Come dance with me, Elijah. It will be alright," she took his hand in hers.

Elijah smiled slightly and he moved to dance with her.

Marie slid her arms around him pulling him close to dance.

Angel watched her parents and she smiled, she didn't mind her dad's protectiveness and suddenly she was ambushed by her friends, demanding to know who Henry was.

Marie was happy to dance with her husband though she did eye each of her children.

Elijah managed to keep an eye on his children but he enjoyed dancing with his wife.

She pressed a kiss to his lips. "They're all alright. I think a three minute dance without worry is allowed."

He kissed her back. "What I have in mind for you normally takes longer than 3 minutes love." He told her.

She raised an eyebrow at him. "Shhh...behave." she laughed.

He smiled slightly. "As you wish it." He pressed a teasingly gentle kiss to a sensitive part of her neck.

She let out a slow breath taking a small step towards him.

He smiled slightly.

She smiled back at him.

He kissed her lips gently just as Caleb walked to them, holding them both a cup of blood out so that they could have a drink.

"Calm your nerves brother, I can feel your energy jolts from the other side of the camp."

She returned the kiss, taking the cup from Caleb. "He's upset that our daughter danced with a young man."

"You need to get over this." He laughed. "Angel is smart, she won't do anything nor will she let him do anything."

Marie smiled. "It's just a lot sooner than we planned is all."

Caleb smiled. "But just know that you two raised her well."

She smiled. "We did, didn't we?"

Elijah smiled slightly. "We did."

"We all did. Our kids are not only smart but strong."

He smiled slightly. "That is true." He looked around for their kids, Christian was with Michelle, his arms around her as she took in the scenes around her and hopefully had fun; Angel was dancing and laughing with her friends, drinking some glasses of blood; Eric was happily play fighting with some of the other vampires and so far he seemed to be winning.

"See our family is the best. Everyone knows about us but our children are smart and know what they're doing." She had all the faith in their family.

Elijah smiled. "You might want to go to Eric though, I believe he has an admirer." He nodded to the girl that Eric had been talking to.

"Is that so?" She looked towards the girl. "Do either of you know her?"
