Koby waited for her outside of the building.

Only a few minutes later there would of been the sound od Lilly's scream, which was cut off rather suddenly accompanied by the sound of glass smashing and yelling. A man with long black hair tied up in a pony tail having grabbed her and smashed glass over her head in order to knock hee unconcious, lifting her up off the floor and attempting to run with her.

Koby heard it and he managed to catch up to them and he stopped the man from going anywhere. "Drop her." He told him.

"I'm not the one who knocked her unconscious." Koby pointed out, he remained quite calm which for him was the scary part. "Now I'll ask you again boy, put her down."

"It has to be done, she's flighty. Most orphans are though. I will ask you again, step aside."

Koby walked over and he stood half a foot away. "Make me." He told him, his gaze steely and stubborn, he wasn't going to move to risk Lily getting hurt.

"This is a silly game your playing." The man hummed, simply turning and walking out of the back with Lilly instead.

Koby smiled slightly and low and behold the man's car was aflame as was Lily's, he made it so the man couldn't get away.

The man jumped, backing up; fear flashing across his face. Give up easily, like a coward, he dropped Lilly; her hitting the ground with a thud as he ran off into the tree line.

Koby walked to her and he picked her up, bringing her to another car and lying her on the back seat as he drove them away from the bar.

Lilly wouldn't of awoke until the next day, her eyes blinking open as she slowly sat herself up with a groan.

Koby had been driving all night, only stopping once or twice to pick up food for breakfast and some coffee to keep himself awake.

"It's alright, you're alright." He told her, pulling up on the side of the road and he looked at her.

"I-" She swallowed thickly, getting out of the car when it had pulled over.

He got out with her. "Lily where are you going?"

He sat on the top of the car, watching her. "Okay just don't get lost." He told her.

He explained what had happened from her leaving him to go to the bathroom, to him getting a different car, to hearing her scream, seeing a man carrying her out of the bar to Koby torching both of the cars so he couldn't get away to how he fled because of the flames and to now how they were a few states away driving.
