Damian moved to sit on a chair next to him. "You have two choices, you need to make one." He told her. "You can bite her tonight, give her enough venom to start a change or you can let me take her soul, I'll make it as painless as I can." He told him. "It will stop her suffering, but you need to go to her anyhow."

Alessia nodded her understanding, resting her palm against his cheek. "She can feel it, she knows it. She says she wants it all to stop, I know you don't want to - especially with who she is to him but.. I think sooner rather than later is best now."

"Th- the wolf that helped you, in the earthquake? It was uh.. not a normal wolf." Elliott gulped, his eyes shimmering to the honey tones of his wolf. "That guy, that... dick you were with... he can shift like me and the - the bites he gave you are venomous. You don't have enough in you to become like us, so it's- its killing you. I can save you, but then you'd be a wolf too or you can... or we can - or -" He struggled with his words, unable to get them out as his throat constricted from trying to hold back a deep sob.

Damian listened to the conversation but every so often his eyes flicked to look at something in front of him that only he could see before going back to the ceiling.

“You made me think I was crazy.” She whispered. “You made me believe that I dreamt it all, why?” She asked him, she didn’t have to energy to cry but knowing her if she wasn’t currently dying she would sound much more hurt. “Elliot you’re meant to be my friend, my best friend, and not once did you tell me the truth?” She asked, now she sounded hurt. “Do you not trust me enough to be honest with me?”

Alessia frowned as she noticed his gaze, following it for a moment before moving her palm to rest it against his chest. A very light gesture to try and keep him in the room.

“I want to be with you,” she whispered. “I’m scared Elliott.” She told him, her hand finding his and she grabbed his hand in her weak grasp. “I’m scared to die but I want the pain to stop, every breathe hurts.” She whispered, tears falling down her cheeks with the minutes ticking by she grew weaker just wanting the pain to stop but with how weak she was not a lot of what he was saying was sinking in.
